The security guard there today was very rude to me. I had my baby and I was trying to take my stuff in my cart out to the car. And he screaming at me read the sign
, read the sign. I'm illiterate I can't read or spell. I am doing speech to text to write this review because I tried to call several times and no one picked up.. I told the guy I have to take this cart to my car because I can't carry all of my stuff and my baby and he just looked at me like I was a crazy person. Didn't even offer to help. So I grabbed all my stuff and my baby and I end up falling. He didn't ask if I was OK. Or offered to help me up the ground. I fell holding my baby. I had people That were customers help me up and they help me and my baby to the car. The customers asked if I was OK I told them no I was not And the guy still proceeded to do absolutely nothing to help. I can't believe the disrespect I got from this store I'm never going to shop here again..

This place has a lot of products to choose from and the prices are excellent depending on what you buy customer service was good I bought clothes for my daughter here I found everything I needed I will return to this place ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Inaccurate pricing. Cashier lied about the price of the luggage. It rung up for 71$ but when another cashier assisted the same luggage went up to 84$. How? They claimed it was the large but it was not.

Poor selection and bare shelves. It is clean inside. I found a better selection at the eastpoint mall Burlington and arundel mills.

I went into burlington, shopped and picked out 10 dresses to try on, wrll I could not believe my eyes. Apparently, I am assuming night shift left the unbelievable mess. I had to wait 30 minutes for the lady to clear this mess before I can get in. Management is needed to rectify this store. A total mess, none if the close particularly the dress are sorted. Sizes missed up throughout the entire store as if someone just didn't feel like sorting or cared to sort at all.

Had only 2 fitting rooms open. So I had to stay in a line for 20 minutes just to try on the cloths, beside the line at the register that took a while to get though. Poor service and a still of your time. All the manager could do is suggest to wait,so is there a reason to keep that manager on her position?
