this is the best gym iv been to in a long time. i have been to many different fitness establishments in my day and this one is far superior to them all. I would say i prefer crunch over equinox. amazing set up, EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming staff and members. overall 10/10 experience will be staying until i have a hip replacement. i love you crunch

Though I enjoy coming to this gym, especially on the weekends, I find it frustrating that in the evenings during the week, it is extremely busy. My husband and I were there tonight and there were four people at a machine. It is frustrating when on multiple occasions, there are often 2-4 people at one machine or crowded around the weights. I think that there needs to be a time limit on the use of machines and the number of people who can use a machine at a time, especially in the evenings when the club is most busy. I overall appreciate the cleanliness of this gym. I do also appreciate the friendliness of the staff. .

I went to this location this Sunday morning at 6 am and it wasn’t open. I stayed until 6:25 am , no one showed up. I went home. Unfortunately this has happened several times before but never this late. If you are a business and your hours of operation start at a certain time you should open at that time. I also go to La Fitness in Nottingham and have never had this issue.

I’m a member, they have a lot of equipment but the facilities are dirty and the paper towels are NEVER stocked to wipe down equipment. Today at 8am, all dispensers on the floor are empty which doesn’t make sense for a facility that opened within the past few hours. The bathroom soap dispensers and toilet papers are never stocked. I often see 3 or 4 staff congregated at the front when things like this are happening. There are also often dead bugs that I will see not cleaned up over the course of several day. Management, please do something about this and get your staff working instead of standing around! This is unacceptable.

I have been going to gyms over 20 years this gym started out great and now to me is the worst I have been to. The bathrooms are disgusting your lucky if there is toilet paper, I dont understand why it is ok to film/video not everyone wants to posted on to someones social media, 2 days ago there was 3 different people around the flat bench press and all 3 had cameras set up on tri pods in the middle of the floor in peak time 6pm its a big safety issue to have to carry 80lb dumbbells through the maze of camera stands. What is the policy on filming???? I can see it causing bad altercation that could turn violent to someone who feels uncomfortable for just trying to better themselves and workout without being a part of a production crew. it would be a shame to trip over one of these cameras and brake it. If your going to let people spend over a 1hr on a bench you need to order more.
