This place is a joke. They have their own way of doing things & give you an attitude when you try to make things work lnased on how every other shop in the country works.When I think of concierge, I think of the ones at hotels that try to make your experience as great as possible. For this place, it's just marketingBe thankful that there are plenty of other options in this area

These guys did excellent work on my vehicle after someone hit it in a parking lot. The process was seamless, they dealt with the insurance company, provided a rental, and even picked up and delivered my vehicle to my home. I highly recommend them!

Great work! Professional and they keep you updated by communicating via email or phone calls. Even when the insurance company didn't cooperate, the managers were on top of my claim. Most importantly, they pay your deductible! I cannot thank them enough. They met me to pick up my car. This has been the best service in spite of being in an accident. Should the need arise, I'd use them again. Highly recommended.

This company and Steven went above and beyond with the WORST insurance company (farmers, leave them fast!) Steven had to fight for 8 weeks to get his original estimate paid, which they did, but put me out of work for 8 weeks. The car was returned detailed, looking like it just came off the showroom floor! On top of that, my uber deductible was $2500 and they paid $1000 of it! I cannot say enough about their work ethic and the frustration they went through with farmers! I tell everyone to use them!!!Services: Painting

BEWARE!! I heard the ads over and over on the radio and thought how amazing, especially when I was in a tight spot as far as paying the deductible. THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR FOUR MONTHS!! No contact, no updates and when I called requesting a time frame the employee literally argued with me, was rude and told me to send an email. If I’m ever in a similar predicament I will not use collision concierge again!

Oh my world!!!! Collision Concierge thrilled me. I haven’t received such great service in a long time. It started rough with them, JoAnne stepped in and when I tell you that these guys are magical??? Please believe me. Steven was absolutely great, they came to pickup my car and left me a very nice car that wouldn’t made me feel the absent of my car. The insurance I use “Horrible” (ERIE Insurance) messed me up for 4 months and refused to pay until MIA stepped it to help me. JoAnne stood by me all the time, understood my frustration, fought for me and pointed me to the right directions on everything even to MIA and finally my car came back to me. My car looks Brand New and I am still amazed at the great job Steve and JoAnne did for me. Jenny who came to drop the rental and picked up my car was so pleasant and very engaging. JoAnne wouldn’t want my car sitting for 4 months, she did all she could but Erie insurance showed us hell. Over the fact that I have a full coverage.I must confess that Collision Concierge is the best that can ever happen to you. My car now looks like brand new with not a single scratch. They did a thorough job on everything including all other minor scratches. Let me know if you want pictures. Even in my sleep, I will recommend COLLISION CONCIERGE. Thanks Steve, JoAnne & Jenny. I will keep singing them to everyone. They make the world a better place. A service where they bring a car to you, pickup your car, zero out of pocket pay. Come on Now!!!! Who else does that? I was very impressed by the service Collision Concierge provided. I paid nothing out of pocket and it truly is a concierge service. They came to me for everything from dropping of a rental to returning my repaired vehicle. I would definitely recommend going thereService: Body & Trim

Great service. I kept hearing advertisements for them on the radio but never needed them. Until I did. I got rear ended and between my insurance and the other guys insurance, it was taking a long time to sort out. I called these guys on a Friday and Jenny drove out to pick up my car on Monday. BTW, I live an hour feom this place. Jenny was very nice and dropped off the loaner. I signed the paper work and that was it. My insurance covers 80% of a rental car but I didn't have to pay anything with these guys. The only nit picks I have is that they say on the website and on the ads that they pay your deductible. I have a $500 deductible, and they paid half. $250 is better than $500, I just think they should say 'we will help pay your deductible' just to be a little more clear. The other thing was it took about a month to fix, but I think alot of that was them dealing with insurance and possibly finding parts since I drive an 06. But overall, I highly recommend this service

I was skeptical of CC of M due to lack of reviews, I'd never heard of them until I needed them. They claimed to be able to help with the deductible and a lifetime warranty so I took the risk. My car looks better than the incident that started all of this and I seriously wasn't on the hook for the deductible. The loaner IS charged to insurance, I don't love the use of the word "free" as it relies on your policy covering it, but that's a minor detail. The loaner was not without flaws, it wasn't the most convenient vehicle to drive, but it was temporary, practical, and cost-free.The employees are friendly, the shop did a fantastic job, and I saved money. I would absolutely go with Collision Concierge of Maryland again.
