Veronica is the worst! I told her not to submit my taxes to the irs because she was not getting me a good amount back and I knew I could go somewhere else to get more. She submitted them anyway after telling me she would not submit them and no one would be able to top what she had done for me. I am really upset that she did that and now she will not answer the phone for me.
