Some of the employees at this location are extremely rude. I walked in and nobody was at the receptionist desk and when the lady FINALLY came after attempting to help her colleague she completely looked over the fact that I was standing at the desk and proceeds to say “who was here first?” I will not be returning and I’ll be taking my service’s elsewhere. Every time this specific tax expert does my taxes the prices DRASTICALLY increase from the year prior and the year prior she was so nasty to me.HR Block you’ve definitely lost a loyal customer due to the lack of customer service I get every year. It gets worse and nothings be done about it.
