The staff are always friendly and fast. I left CVS because they were terrible. Always a line down the aisle and moved slow only to get the the counter and my prescription isn't ready after it was sent to them 4 days prior. Nope! I will stick with Giant.

This giant food is always clean and well put together. However, some of the workers are very friendly. I can understand that considering working with the public all day. The giant works well to try to stay stocked with food and product.

Pharmacy gave me my prescription under my son's name who is a junior. Minor mistake, but you can't make mistakes with medications.

Very disappointed in cvs customer service. So I Walked a couple doors down to Giants to get some ice cream, and in passing the pharmacy this lady Marcia Sterling ask if I needed help. I said no. I came back because I like her quick response and ask about booster shots. I got the answer i needed and came back this morning and this older man in the pharmacy took good care of me. Sometimes all you need is a smile and a greeting and people will wait passionately.

Disasterous. 2 hour wait for Moderna booster on 12-3-21. Customers walking out angry. No apparent order to waiting line. Vax cards getting mixed up. Do not use this pharmacy.

My Husband ordered groceries last night to be picked up today. It was ready on time and I was told what was substituted before I got home over the phone while waiting in their curb side parking. It was quick and painless and will be doing it again. Thank you.

Giant smoked turkey is not supposed to be swimming in blood purchased smoke Turkey wings without looking at them (trusting Giant to provide quality) got wings home stored in fridge went to open them later that day and noticed the package was full of blood the smoking process was not complete won't but this product again without checking it first

The workers are very nice but service is so poor. Stayed on hold on the phone 15 minutes before I finally spoke to someone. Service inside moves at a snails pace. You will get much faster service driving to a Giant in Virginia and waiting for it than dealing with this location.

Ghetto as F. Some ignorant b****** had the nerve to check out my wife hardcore, while I was with my son and daughter, and tell me, "You sure got a juicy one." Where are peoples morals and manners now a days??? Shameful.
