Do not and J repeat do not go to either of their stores. I took my ring to get sized and he dissected my ring like an animal and tried to tell me it’s mines after putting all those cheap, shiny, colored stones in my GIA certified 5ct. TW, 14 k WG ring. They are petty, dishonest and thieves. They own the same store across the hall so please don’t go there period.

Went to have a watch fixed. Never call to say my item was ready. Then when I recieved they fixed it but made it so small my 12 year could not wear it. When I notified them they took out many links that they were not supposed to but they deny.Horrible service, very rude. Bad quality

I bought a necklace and ring in February. By May my necklace popped. I took it to them for fixing, they charged me 25.00 more and 2days. My necklace popped again in the same spot in 2 days. They wanted me to pay another 20.00$ . They we're lousy at customer service and refused to compensate me after all I had spent with them in a few months, not even a year yet. Now I'm out 25.00 and my necklace is still broken. I will never give them my business again. Those types of people really think Americans r foolish...
