A few years ago I went to E&B with a leaky tire. They patched my tire free of charge and told me to come back when I’m ready for a new tire!! That’s AMAZING customer service and I haven’t forgotten it! I’ll always return there whenever I need service, and I’ve told everyone to do the same. They have my trust!

E & B Automotive is a great place. My car needed a lot of things fixed. They looked it over and gave me a quote prior to any work being done. The workmanship and honesty was so refreshing. Got an oil change and Tire Rotation today. I love this business, Carol and Mark are extremely thorough and professional. And, they really really care about your vehicle. It is not just the daily grind for them. What I also love about this place is, the inside and outside areas are very clean and decorated, there's never any trash or junk laying around.Service: General repairs & maintenance

THIS REPAIR SHOP WAS A GODSEND TO US! We were traveling with our two small children from PA to OCMD on vacation, when we completely lost our brakes coming over the Bay Bridge. We called two shops prior who couldn’t get us in. We called E & B and Carol’s warm and welcoming voice was just what I needed to calm this Momma’s nerves. She was so kind to squeeze us in and get us back on our way in just a few short hours. The waiting area was perfect and the price was reasonable. Not only that, Carol went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable in another state with two small kids. The world needs more people like you, Carol! We will never forget your kindness! BEST FAMILY RUN BUSINESS ON THE SHORE!!!!E B Auto is truly amazing! I first met Mark and Carol about 11 years ago when we moved to this side of the bridge. Mark has done a ton of work on our cars over the years and all I can say is his staff is the most fair, kind, and reasonable in the market today. His staff is always kind and courteous to you when you walk in the door and they even ask about my family and how they are doing. Carol and Mark super down to earth people and very humble. I just recently I knew I had an issue with my van, so I brought it in to him and he told me it was the suspension. Ugh, right? He ordered all the parts told me when to bring my van back in and had it finished for me in one afternoon. He is very trustworthy and runs a honest company. I’m so glad I have found a FANTASTIC mechanic in our area and loyal too. Thank you Mark, Carol, and staff for always being polite and courteous.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I was given a signed estimate for brakes and rotors from the owner. But I was charged $135 more and I was told "he didn't remember writing me the estimate and I should have said something before hand." I had the estimate with me and even after showing the estimate with HIS signature on it the pricing was not honored. I was then told "the prices have doubled"Giving them the benefit of the doubt even if he did forget about the quote it is never a normal practice for a mechanic to fix someones car without calling to advising of the price. Even looking at it from that lens they are still wrong. The only communication I received was a text message when my vehicle was done which I was shocked then. I still had to ask at time how much it was.I have never had an issue before and this is now about the principal not the $135 extra which I did pay to get my vehicle back. I have been bringing all of my vehicles here for more than 5 years but this is clearly the last time I will ever do business here.Service: Brakes

Just bought a new car & it had some issues that hopefully the warranty would cover so I've been avoiding driving the car until all issues were completely fixed! Well I've been waiting for 2 weeks to call back because when I called last time I got a rude tone so I've been avoiding being an extra pest about it. So I decided to call my warranty place to see if the claim was ever put it in, well to my surprise they had called about putting in the claim then said 'I'm not even gonna waste my time' to the warranty place without ever giving me a heads up that they weren't gonna fix my car. Instead of giving me a call or shooting me an email OR ANYTHING they just decided to 'not waste their time' Carroll specifically said that to the warranty place. So don't waste your time trying to get your car fixed here!
