Most disrespectful experience. Adam refused to provide the contact for the local Comcast office and tried to deflect the question pointing to some useless Google search.There is no accountability on Comcast.

The waiting time is too long. We ONLY wanted to drop off the equipments and for that we went to the store twice; each time waited almost for an hour. The first time we couldn’t wait longer and left the store. They could have another business model. If they set up different lines for different errands, customers like us who just wanted to drop off the equipments can wait shorter in line.

Kendra deserves a raise. She was so welcoming and helpful with my Xfinity experience. I can’t thank her enough for making my decision to use Xfinity services as smooth as possible. Other team members were on their phones, talking, not so warm or friendly. But Kendra gave me stellar assistance, advise, and guidance on how to get my services started in my home. I am very pleased Kendra stepped up to assist me on 11/09. Thanks Kendra!! you’re amazing!!! I hope Xfinity gives you the recognition you so rightfully deserve.

Worst customer service. I had to go three times just for some simple work. All the three times I had to wait around 1 hour. No one knows what they are doing. They have to call customer service every time. They need training and need to understand how things work.

Honestly they have an attitude, and the quality of service is poor. If a security freeze will prevent me for purchasing a phone that day, perhaps you should tell the person in advance before doing a credit check. Lmao

I came to the store to return a box. Some young man ask my name and said to sit. I sat for 20 minutes, then asked a young woman, she said just leave it and I’ll take care of it from the bar code. Needless to say I wasn’t happy. Why was he a greeter, if he didn’t know the procedure??

Xfinity by online chat and telephone couldn't figure out how to sign me up; they told me to go to the local store. I went in late this afternoon to the Aspen Hill store. A man shouted, to much derisive laughter, that they don't serve white people! I left, deciding to take my white money someplace else, or go without internet rather than deal with these people.

They don’t deserve 1 star but that’s the Lowest I can give. People are waiting and they don’t care they walk in the back and take their cell phones with them! I just wanted to drop off…? Why does it need to take 30 minutes This place is so poorly run. Why doesn’t xfinity care , because they don’t have too!!
