BEWARE! This place is a scam. It's not a real business, and I suspect many of these reviews are fake. It's just one guy with a cell phone. We paid $500 to have our flat screen TV repaired. The technician said it was fixed, but then a few days later it broke again. He said he had to order a part, which would arrive in a few days. We continued to follow up over the next few weeks. Finally, he returned after a month with the part. He raced out after five minutes of installing it and didn't check that it was working. The part broken within 10 minutes. When we called him to complain, he said he would return to fix it again. We called many times over the next month. He often said he would come, even giving us a specific date and time. On several occasions, we waited for hours for him to arrive, and at the last minute he would cancel. He would always promise that he was 15 minutes away.We are currently in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to receive a refund. There are too many other options -- just stay away!

Bob provided excellent service - he repaired our tv and the turnaround time was the next day! It was much faster than we expected. Bob is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and his prices are resonable.
