Wow you can't be this rude in a business based on customer service. It's the needs of the customers, not yours. Calling me a no good customer assures that I'll NEVER use your business. I agreed to use your service, but another company that I reached out to was able to get here faster. Sorry, I had something come up and didn't want to leave the item outside if I was gone. Get some class about yourself. Insulting me was not necessary.

scheduled a junk removal with this "company" and they cancelled our scheduled appointment. we then proceeded to reschedule for the next day at 3pm and i was calling and texting ALL DAY to confirm my appointment becuase i would have to drive to the location. He decided to block my number instead of being an adult and saying he could no longer do the work. This "company" should be take off google. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANY REASON.
