Be careful to use this place on 01/13/24 we had the service done to our Honda Odyssey
After they finished with the service the representative Mr (Joey ) offered us 3 new tires because we had one new tire on our car at the price $1180.0 which we didn’t want to because the car has only 35,000 miles,in a Miracle way after we left the place it was screw in our new tire on the car Which is very unlikely that can happen just like that …
The way the work they are crook. Be careful when you bring your car. Make sure you take a pictures inside outside. Also, the wheels to make sure you’re not gonna have a nail or screw on the tire. I will not recommend this place for nobody be aware !!!
The owner call me and try to flip the story on me
And then he tell me that they have issues in the past which they damaged my
Car and have it fix before after I call the police and contact my lawyer
They fix my car .
This what I’m going to do I will contact the consumer affair of Maryland, and also I will post A complaint on the B.B.B just to make sure people will know how you scam them
Even on your respond you make it that everything is good
Which isn’t your guys try to sell new tires and because I didn’t agreed they put screw in my new tire. Please don’t contact me anymore. !

I got my car about 2 months ago with Elmer and he’s such a great salesman. He broke down what I would be signing and made me feel comfortable when I didn’t know certain information. No games or the run around, just straight forward and I appreciated that. There was a delay in getting my tags and I gave a call and he was just as helpful as when I drove my car off the lot (I got my tags the same day). If you are looking to get a car in the pre-owned department, definitely ask for Elmer!

**update 1/5/2024** The owner, Gibbs, promptly reached out to me to talk through my experience. I was impressed that the owner took the time to try to resolve the matter. He was understanding and apologetic and is actively working to see if he can help me find a solution with Sport Automotive.**original review**Their own online tool and various other sources gave my trade a value of $25k. These clowns offered me $20k. The salesman even told the manager that my car was in perfect condition. Waste of time. Dealership is very unorganized. The main dealership is very nice. The pre-owned one looks like a sketchy “buy here pay here” lot. To get my car appraised, the salesman couldn’t get his manager on the phone so he drove my car down to the other lot and left me waiting.They have printed signs that say that the prices online may not be accurate because humans make mistakes….Steer clear of this dealership. Sketchy.

Decided it was time for a change and an upgrade, and eventually, I was lead here. Haby, our salesperson, was awesome throughout the whole process, including even insuring delivery of my new ride. And now, I'm the happy owner of a 2020 CR-V. Highly recommended!

Recently purchased a 2019 Honda Accord Sport CPO car. I had a great experience here overall. Elmer my sales executive was quite knowledgeable about the product, and also found the right line between making me feel he wanted my business but at the same time wasn't pushy or aggressive at all. Most importantly, he was able to intervene and ensure that I got the right price for my trade-in, which right then made me pull the trigger.

Outstanding customer service. The salesperson who spoke with me, Elmer Clark, helped to find a certified pre-owned (CPO) car that was right for me. He was responsive, informative, and down-to-earth, and he made sure that I got the best deal for the car. It felt like I was shopping with a family friend! I highly recommend visiting this dealership for those reasons. You'll have a really satisfying experience, especially if you get to speak with my man, Elmer.

Very nice experience working with these guys. They were incredibly responsive when we called. I was coming from a pretty far way away to look at a car for my family and when we got there they had it pulled up out front ready for a test drive. Gentlemen named Haby helped us get into a very nice Honda Odyssey. No pressure. No slap stick car sales stuff. Very straight forward and helpful. I’ll be coming here for another vehicle down the road. Highly recommended looking here for a car.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the way my sales associate, Elmer Clark, took care of me. He was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. He was on time for our appointment and really did an excellent job of making the whole buying process smooth, fast, and simple. I will admit to having high expectations when buying a car from a dealer. Elmer did not disappoint. The financial guys were also excellent: fast, detailed, and courteous. My only complaint is that the heavy rubber floor mats that were pictured in the vehicle were not in the vehicle, and nowhere to be found. But Elmer took care of that and has new ones on the way, shipping directly to my home. Nice to do business with honest people! Sport Honda and Elmer Clark, A+ !!!

If I could give it less, I would . We set up an appointment and confirmed with Haby about the vehicle the day before and the day of ,30 min, and 20 min prior to appointment. He calls up when we are 15 minutes away and tells us the car was sold earlier. So unprofessional to not check , and call is 20 min before just to confirm if we are coming, the call is 5 minutes after to say it was sold earlier . Smh dont come to this location.

Had the most odd experience with this dealership. Everything seemed pretty normal up until it came time to purchase the car. We were told the best they could do was take $200 the sticker price and that the dealership wasn't interested in negotiating. Even after pushing, they stood firm on the non-negotiating stance.Seemed odd since all the cars I checked had a sticker price over the market value.Before wasting your time here, ask them upfront if they're open to negotiate.

My significant other bought a car from them and less a month later his exhaust pipe falls off because get this It's so heavenly rusted that just by the vibration of the car it falls off. They wanted to charge him around 2,000 for the repair, so we took it to Midas and they fixed it for $350. It was permanent fix too.
