I found Satellite Motors through a friends referral. My two service experiences have been excellent. I have a 2012 Toyota Highlander with over 297,000 miles. Moe had the vehicle checked over thoroughly, and gave me a list of items that needed servicing or replacement parts. The work was done on time and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Satellite Motors, they are honest and thorough!

After taking my car to 2 other mechanics in the area over the past 2 years to try to solve an issue with the A/C, Satellite Motors CAME THROUGH and was able to properly diagnose and fix the issue! (The other places said the A/C just needed to be charged - but then it would stop working after 20 minutes). My car also needed 80k mile service, and they found some other issues that needed to be remedied as well (I knew the car wasn't driving smoothly - but I didn't know why.) Mo and the staff at Satellite were so thorough, responsive, detailed and I appreciated that they communicated via text and phone and I had a full understanding of everything, including detailed estimates and their honesty in what I could fix now vs what I could wait for. The email correspondence and follow up has also been great, and I am glad to finally have my car on a maintenance plan with history attached to it. I literally have peace of mind now. My husband will be taking his car there soon for a tune up as well. I also LOATHE taking my car to the shop, mostly because of the way I have been treated by the folks working at the shop - never once was I made to feel inferior or treated unkindly by the fantastic staff at Satellite. They were professional, kind, patient and are absolute experts on cars. We will never take our business anywhere else. Thank you Satellite Motors of Silver Spring!

I felt very secure having my car serviced at Satellite Motors: mechanics were straightforward, knowledgable, courteous. They gave my car a thorough inspection (as it was the first time I left it with them) and did ONLY what was required at that time. We set up a plan for regular maintenance. They returned my car in perfectly clean condition. I will return.
