Staff at front desk were pleasant and efficient. I was seen in a timely fashion. I had made an appointment on line prior to coming and was seen within 15 minutes of that time. The PAC answered all my questions and was very compassionate.Positive experience!

This Minute Clinic provides great and timely service. Scheduled an ear cleaning and was seen on time for the appointment. My ears were examined and cleaned as requested and I no longer have wax blockage in one of my ears.

The nurse practitioner or physician assistant does not know about the standard clinical procedures. She is rude and very impatient in serving the patient. This negative experience prohibits us from seeking care from this location or the company.

Today My huband had an apponment at 12.50 pm. He had a severe earache, the service was below zero. there behavior was unacceptable . they were passing the responsibility to each other and hiding. And we contacted to the customer service to report this matter even then they didnt care about it. they refused customer service representative also to answer any questions. they were very rude to us, then we move to patient care to get some kind of treatment.

I must say, outstanding service over the holiday season- all within an hour (assessment and pharmacy). I was treated by NP Monique Leekam, who I found very professional and caring. Great service continued with assistance by pharmacist, Linh Nguyen! Veterans can now use Minute Clinics for Urgent care within the community. I tried it, and I loved the convenience and care offered.

Walked in early for my 10:00 appointment. Manager told me that the nurse practitioner was not in yet. This location was supposed to be opened at 8:30. The CVS manager had to call the minute clinic's manager to find out what was going on. Fast forwarded 11, the manager told me that the nurse practitioner would be in by 11:30. By this time three or four others had left because they got tired of waiting and the wait time was now 2 hours. I then also received an email stating that my appointment had been cancelled. 11:30 rolls around and then the person walks in like there was no problem being 3 hours lat. I told the person that I had been waiting since my 10:00 appointment and that I received a cancellation email. I asked if I had to rebook my appointment. The person then told me that I had to. Aside from this person's lateness, why should I have to reschedule my appointment? Never go to this location.

If I could give zero star for this place, I would. The health practitioners do not know what they are talking about. I went there to get few immunizations and the nurse gave all of the vaccinations with out even reading the instructions I had on paper, and did not inform me what so ever that I needed to get my blood titers done before taking the vaccinations. Which costed me a lot of money! Every time I go there I meet different nurses which is fine, but each one of them gave me different information. Its just amazing how they are so ignorant. I will never go back to minute clinic ever again. Save your time and money people.

Employees here are friendly and helpful. It is the 3rd nearest cvs from my house but I always wanna visit this store. I like the slim male associate who often stands nears the self check out station and the male cashier with Curly and short hair.they are always willing to help me out

This CVS is so horribly managed, particularly the pharmacy. They will not service customers until at least a line of five customers has developed. And only then will they will come to the register. I've only been here once when there was not an outrageous line (routinely 8-10 customers, 20 minute wait) - that one time I was so excited that no one was in line. But it didn't matter, that's when I discovered the rule that at least 5 customers had to be in line before they'd come to the register. I waited there until five customers lined up behind me. They don't value their customers

Haven't been to this CVS in quite a while and they have since renovated it. I don't use their pharmacy as there is one closer to my neighborhood but I was in the area and decided to browse. The store is fairly large and is well-stocked. The cosmetic beauty section was big and the young woman working in that section asked customers if she could help them find anything. She was very pleasant. The seasonal aisle was extensive with all kinds of Easter candy and other basket fun items. They even have a rack of ladies' tops and pants. The store was clean and there is plenty of parking. I will probably go back occasionally and check out the merchandise to see what I just can't live without.

Pharmacist is rude, unconcerned and not helpful. Worst experience ever at a pharmacy - especially a CVS pharmacy. Wait time was ridiculous only for the pharmacist to eventually tell me that she didn't have the medicine that I do politely asked her to check for. She was rude, unconcerned and I absolutely plan to report her to CVS.
