Running over an hour behind schedule. “Minute” clinic is a joke.

Do NOT schedule a rapid COVID test here. It is not worth the risk. I made my appointment, got my confirmation email, got my text reminders, got my confirmation code and everything, as always. But then I showed up and they just weren't open that day. It was just me and one other guy both wondering why no one was staffing the booth. We triple-checked our info, and they just left us in the lurch. Had to go rushing around for another test elsewhere. Again, do NOT make an appointment here. Now I understand why it was so easy to get one.

Helpful staff ,nice store. Not a very big parking lot wouldn't want to tow a trailer thru here.

Doesn't even merit 1 star. Twice I've been there with an appt. and received NO service whatsoever. I couldn't even get a COVID test for a procedure I'm having. A complete waste of my time and I'll never make an appointment there again.

Rudest lady ever giving the COVID test! The directions on the MinuteClinic website said that someone would call at the appointment time. She called my boyfriend 5 minutes after his appointment time yelling at him that if he saw someone walking out of the booth he should have just came in there right away. Sorry that he thought that there was some sanitation process before each patient. She spoke so rudely with him when he was in there. She shouldn’t be working with the public with this kind of attitude. Get another job.

I made an appointment online for 4:20 pm to avoid having to wait around. I receive an email shortly after confirming my appointment and giving me instructions to wait in my car when I arrive and I will be contacted when it's time for me. Here we are 40 minutes later and still no phone call. I guess my business is no good here.

Booked an appointment for 4, got to see the nurse at 6. She gave me a speech for 15 minutes, no diagnostics, nothing. Had to leave to pick up my daughter from day care mid-session, they still charged me. This was for a sinus infection I get every year, they always give me the same medicine.

The pharmacy is completely dysfunctional. The staff places your phone calls "on hold" for 30 minutes and then drops your call. (I've had this happen several times on the very same day. Why keep trying? Because you never visit the pharmacy without calling ahead.) They neglect to tell you that they do not have what a doctor has prescribed for you after telling you the prescription will be ready in 2 hours. They misplace orders. They take 4-6 hours to fill a prescription they claim will take less than 2 hours to fill. While pharmacologically competent, the staff does not seem to care about how they treat their customers. If I had another pharmacy to go to, I would. Do not plan on spending less the an hour any time you visit the pharmacy. It really is disgraceful. The non-pharmacy part of the store is good, as is the non-pharmacy staff.

The pharmacist Daniel and staff are excellent. And agreed that it's unforgivable that CVS hadn't even hired a present security officer after robbery of the pharmacy. Puts both the staff and customers at risk.

This CVS Pharmacy has all the essential needs of the People. But I do love the Snacks and the Sodas and Chips they carry plus especially stationary stuff. This place has a good staff but they could use more people there to assist all customers needs instead of people wait in Long lines all the time. I know they can be better if they hire more people for customer service . They do have self help cashiering machines but its not the same as doing things face to face In person . The place is a good size store and carry good items . But for all medical needs they should carry all that is required by hospitals for patients needs as well even for medical socks and certain bandages for after knee surgeries and more as they should do by law . But I do love shopping there for my own needs every now and then for stuff I like. I hope to more often when not busy.

I'm shocked this cvs has such a low rating because my experience today was the best cvs experience I've had in my life. I take Ritalin for adult add which is obscenely difficult to fill in the dmv that I usually prepare a visit two weeks in advance usually hitting up at least two+ Cvs's within dc and Montgomery county to get a script filled. I've been without scripts for almost a week before because of this issue. Anyone in my situation understands that being without your meds when you actually need it sucks especially if your job requires responsibility and focus. It's like going to work without your glasses. You can deal, but your productivity is diminished. I don't even go to my "usual" cvs in Columbia heights anymore because more likely than not they don't have what I need. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for parking, wait in a line, and then just told them don't have it. I don't even mind being told they don't have it if they can order it for me - some places won't even do that because apparently no pharmacy manager around blah algabanahaha - long story short, I'm told to check at the giant across the street. Too bad I can't fill my insurance trough giant. ANYWAYS. This brings me to this cvs. I actually forgot to turn to my new normal cvs and this happens to be next to the aldi I regularly shop at so I was curious if I could make it happen and gave it a shot. Not only was it in stock, there was no line, and I had to wait less than 15 minutes for them I till jt. I am sooooo happy this place exists

There have been multiple robberies at this location (one of which I was in the store for) and no increased security. Horrible for the customers and the workers. And I will say that the staff at this location is great. This one star review is because of the negligent leaders who refuse to take action.

The 5 Star is for the pharmacy only! I am surprised most people are complaining about them. Used them for about 8 years. Sometimes they are short staffed, but never had issues with getting my medication. The pharmacist has always been nice and professional. The CVS store is a different story! I don't think I have ever seen as associate crack a smile. They always look sad or like don't want to be there.Zero customer service.
