I did research and saw this clinic had good reviews for the most part. However, in my experience and observation, this place needs a DEEP clean. I brought my pet in with a cut and he touched the cut without washing his hands nor wearing gloves. As I looked around, I noticed everything was coated in a layer of thick dust. Additionally, he hardly interacted with my pet and a quick 2 minute glance at his cut costed $80. He additionally gave my pet antibiotics for a cut that doesn't have signs of infection. I couldn't see the magic in giving my pet an antibiotic without reasoning. Overall, my visit costed upwards $170 and it absolutely felt like he was tacking things on as he went. My advice would be to take your pet to a clean trusted place, not this man's basement.

Dr. Vaid was so very helpful in helping us get the kittens ready for their new homes! In addition to providing standard treatment and vaccinations, Dr. Vaid provided guidance on handling, feeding, socializing AND determining the gender of the kittens (this was our first time with tiny, very young kittens) We also had the mama cat spayed. When we had problems with getting mamma cat to take her medication, Dr. Vaid had us bring her to him so he could assist. Mamma cat is doing great.

Dr. Vaid took good care of my kitten when he did her spay. I grew up with a small town vet and his business reminds me of that, which I like. If you're looking for bells and whistles, he may not be your guy. I'm surprised about the negative reviews and frankly, most of them reek of shallowness and entitlement.

No frills older vet who knows what he's doing and takes care of animals well. He accommodates well to rushes to see a vet and to your schedule. The clinic is in a house and seems strange at first. I admit I was skeptical at first but Dr. Vaid is great.

It's true, its kinda damp and smelly in the basement office. But he saved my mother in laws dog. He's taken care of all my in laws dogs and they're ok. Maybe cats are his strength.

This clinic is a house. The doctor is old (Indian) and the place is kind of untrustworthy when you come in, however this old man knows what he is doing. He is very good. I got my kitty spayed here and she healed very easily and fast.

Took my dog to get put down, the vet was able to do it very quickly which was a plus as my dog was suffering. He also answered all my questions about pricing very well. When I got there it didn't take long for him to give my dog the injections, and I watched him peacefully pass on. It was very quick and he was calm, and the vet offered to let me stay with my dog for a while. Afterwards I asked about getting my other dog fixed and he explained to me once again the pricing and necessary documents I'd need. He even told me where to get a coupon online to cut down on costs. He's a very good vet, very informative and knows what he's doing.

I really appreciate this veterinarian. He brought my cat back last year when I thought we might have to say goodbye. My cat just celebrated his 17th birthday last week.

I needed my dog's rabies vaccination on short notice due to vacation falling on it's due date and couldn't get in with our regular vet. I found this place and called and they had an immediate opening the next day so I booked it...now I regret not catching those obvious signs. We arrived to find it's a vet office in the located in the bottom of a home, it's locked and had to wait on him to answer the door. There is NO STAFF, just the veterinarian who does the paper work, phone lines, computer and everything. He was okay, and he did do our vaccinations, but I had to restrain my own dog. Normally, I wouldn't mind, but I had my young son with me. A second staffer would have been MORE than helpful, he took three phone calls while we were in the exam room! He was okay, but I won't be going back. With a limited staff and equipment, I would've expected more competitive pricing at least, but he was just as expensive as a full service veterinary clinic.
