Hmmm. Let's see how this goes . Just called to inquire about a deposit that was not have returned to me. Customer service (Portia) person advises that she will give me a call back because she is with a customer. Correct me if I'm wrong but they still have my money sooooo I'm still a customer, right? I had my car repaired at the auto shop they are housed in and was advised during the contract that a deposit was necessary but that it would be returned.?Welp, it's July and the car was rented in May. Plenty of time to return my money.

Usually very hard to get in touch with anyone. Only one person works at this location so expect to wait.

Jay and Herb were great! They helped me switch out my car in a pinch. It's was a busy weekend, and they pulled some strings to help me switch out a car! Much appreciated!

Had a reservation. Went in at 8 am when the office was supposed to open. No one was there. Someone in the next space told me they're often late. Called Enterprise HQ and was told there was an "emergency." So why didn't they call me? They had my # - its not like the place was packed w/renters. They offered to send someone for me. After waiting almost 1/2 hour, I got a ride to another Enterprise. Different franchisee, I guess - much better service.

Overcharged me more than the contract stated. Do not go here! There is no custmer service and they associates leave before the branch hours. No-one answers the phone at this branch. The rental car they gave me had a strange odor and kept alerting me that it was due for a oil change. Terrible experience overall.

I rented a car October 31st. 50$ deposit. I had no card at the moment so I got a money gram from 7-11. I received my deposit back as a check from enterprise. No bank listed on the check, and the check is not void for 60 days. I go to every little check cashing place they don't accept the check after 10 days. Fine. So I call enterprise, they say they'll send me a new check. I never received it. So today, December 20, I call back asking for the status of my deposit. Nothing, instead they're going to send me another check...it's been 2 months. No type of customer service. You can't hold on to people's money for that long.
