The cashier today was extra helpful to her customer/s. A lady came in who needed extra assistance and the cashier was just very thoughtful in her help and respectful etc. What a great store! Picture is of the ATM. It’s at the front of the store on the side opposite the cashier.

my cashier was wonderful. She asked me if I needed any help. I did need help with figuring out the details of my items on sale while using my phone. It’s new for me and she was smiley, calm, and pleasant. This is not an easy thing at the CVS.

I wish I did not have to post this review, as I have previously been very satisfied with my experiences at this CVS. It is a shadow of its former self. Is it slated for closure? Entire shelves and displays are bare, cosmetics not restocked (the entire cosmetics section a wasteland), stock in disarray, plastic tubs are throughout the store blocking merchandise. The lack of selection is depressing. This CVS has become unusable for me. It is located in a vibrant community with loyal customers who deserves better than this. The one star is for the cashiers, who are polite. I never see any other employees (manager, restockers) around the store.

The worst CVS I have ever been to photo department was horrible. Photos took forever because machine was broke and they didn’t notify me then when I got the photos, they were blurry and distorted after the first time.
Pharmacy is also the worst ever staff long wait mix up medications insurance was ignored. Pharmacist said couldn’t read the script and didn’t do anything to help such as contact the doctor or look up the medication. I was trying to tell her what it was absolutely horrible w Will never go back again

TERRIBLE and undertrained… and RUDE 4/27 came to pick up a prescription, provided an insurance card (which I never had to do considering I have a profile) was then told my insurance is inactive and that I should call them after he spent 10 minutes “looking up my insurance” with card in hand, I then spent 30 minutes on phone with insurance to be told everything is fine… just to go back to pharmacy and be told your prescription will be filled in 5 minutes, no sorry, my apologies NOTHING. Female tech had headphones in while the male is in the back and needed her help to put in a MEMBER ID #. If you’re going to send me on a mission when there was never an issue in the first place the LEAST you can do is say sorry. When I asked “so it was never on hold?” male ignored me and hid in the back until I left. EMBARASSING and I’m switching pharmacies like yesterday.

We had some trouble getting a prescription through to the pharmacy. The pharmacist was very helpful and she spoke to the doctor by phone and helped us get the prescription through.

CVS SUCKS!!!! I have been in the medical field/ pharmaceutical for my entire career this is bad patient care with qulity assurance issues. CVS Caremark wants to keep all earnings for themselves and not take care of the customers & employees, also COVID is here to stay find another excuse! My mom had major oral surgery Today. I drove almost forty five minutes to pick up her 4 medications around 2:15pm. When I walked into the pharmacy and saw the cage around the counter then seemed to only have two staff members in the pharmacy just laughing in the background. I went up to the cage and asked if they could give me her medication, I told the unpleasant lady my mom just had major oral surgery on her mouth and her face is swelling and needs to start her medications for pain and infection. The nasty brown hair lady said come back when we reopened it is nation wide break and walked away. Now everyone that is awesome patient care, that's how CVS Caremark cares about humans and patients in this world because they don't want to pay to have proper staff members. When people have surgery or procedures and need medicine what do they do!? Go to another pharmacy, I hate CVS and never do I fill my prescription because of the money gready business they are! Who is getting all of that money is the question??? If insurances with Caremark demands for people to go to a CVS then why do they only have two or three employees and why do they need to shut down for lunch!? To close a major pharmacy for prescriptions to help people when they are in need for a lunch break. How dare CVS do that, and be so selfish because they don't want to pay for proper staff members to rotate through lunch? That's not proper patient care at all! Stop being greedy and pay people to work what they deserve to help people in need!! I will have my mother move her prescriptions to a pharmacy that doesn't close during normal business hours. Goodluck CVS employees!!!

Terribly disorganized. Poor customer service. Totally understaffed. A frustrating experience!

Understaffed, like every other CVS I've been to. Tired of having to wait 30 minutes to pick up a prescription, terrible customer service because CVS refuses to hire new people. Absolute disgrace.

Needed a prescription for erythromyosin ointment. Comes in a box. All you have to do is put a label on it and it was going to be two hours! There were no customers waiting. There were three employees behind the pharmacy counter, and it was going to take two hours to print a label and stick it on a box! This is why I never use chain pharmacies!
