i've lived in 7 states and this might be the worst cvs i've ever been to. machines are always not working, they are always understaffed, and the employees are almost always rude. it's a struggle to communicate the simplest issue with half the employees and it's impossible to resolve disputes caused by store/employee errors in a timely manner because the managers are always "on break" i've gone here 5x, each time has been an hour and half ordeal for instead of a 10 minute visit. and then the pharmacy got my prescription wrong and then proceeded to gaslight me for 20 minutes into believing i was mistaken until i left. it's the closest cvs to me but i'm never going here again.

Once again I’m back at the store. I am still receiving great customer service the moment I walked through the door. I was helped by Ms.Nicole again and she is amazing her and her team rocks. I was in and out like always. Keep up the great job.

The pharmacy at this location is severely understaffed, leading to incredibly poor customer service. Very disappointing. I would recommend everyone to take their prescriptions elsewhere!!

Store is unstocked and the coupon tags are incorrectly labeled. When I asked about some of the mislabeled coupon tags the manager James was incredibly rude - shouting at me for several minutes and constantly cutting me off. It got to the point where he was yelling so loudly that people in the pharmacy had to ask him to please be quiet so they could talk to the pharmacist, at which point James started shouting at them and then stormed off before resolving my issue at all.

I keep tricking myself into thinking this pharmacy will get better because of how close it is to my house. The staff here are rude, the pharmacy staff could not care less about providing good service. Over and over I have been proven that they do not care about the customer.

In my experience they can never fill prescriptions without multiple visits. Use this CVS if you like to wait in line.

Incompetent pharmacy. We made our flu shots and covid19 shots appointments with this CVS today. It was the only one with available appointments not too far into the future. We have the same insurance and information and yet after 35 minutes of waiting, the pharmacist could not process our shots and sent us away. If I can give negative or zero star, I would have. Stay away from this pharmacy.

I booked an appointment for a COVID and flu vaccine online a week in advance. When I arrived, there was a line of people who had appointments around the same time, some of whom had been waiting for 30-45 minutes without being seen. When a pharmacist finally came out, they told us they were out of COVID vaccines and turned away everyone in the line. They never even addressed other vaccines. They didn't cancel our appointments or let us know that they didn't have enough in stock. I am very disappointed and very frustrated about the time wasted.

Javan the manager is extremely helpful for helping me with the wellness card. I had to go to many cvs locations, however end up back at this location to find Javan to designate the issue. I made a training video to show other cvs employees and locations. He’s very nice to me as well as the customers while I wait for him to scan items

The pharmacist who is African should be FIRED and LOSE HIS LICENSE. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL to my partner who has mental health issues. We are moving and just wanted to see if he could get his prescription early. We were aware that this was a long shot and that the answer was most likely going to be no. This disrespectful fart would not even look my partner in the EYES when he asked. And when he said No, he couldn’t refill it early, he turned around to his colleague and said “that was a waste of my time.” I called to complain and he denied doing any of this by saying “Don’t put words in my mouth! I never said that! My colleague didn’t hear anything. We have cameras!” DO NOT COME TO THIS CVS PHARMACY. The Pharmacist who is an Asian woman is the total opposite of this other “human” and has empathy and compassion. She would have filled this early or been kinder about it at least.
