Animal Place has been amazing. Nobody likes spending a grand on multiple vet services. It’s necessary sometimes. Our Pittie who was suffering from pancreatitis came was seen by the friendly staff. Again, you’re stressed as hell but the doc and staff made this a solid experience. Not every experience has a happy ending. This crew will be taking over primary vet care from here on out for all our animals.

The front desk staff & techs here are phenomenal. Also, the doctor(s) are one of a kind. The doctor my kitty had, gave her a chance when not many would. I wish I had brought my baby here sooner, as they take the time effort to fully examine and make the right easement.

The receptionist, vet tech, and vet were very nice and personable. I felt my dog was welcomed and got great attention. However, there were multiple piddles in the lobby and examination room, to which my dog contributed, but no one offered supplies for me to clean up. In addition, no one cleaned up the multiple accidents around the waiting room, which was surprising. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Following my previous message, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the general manager's call and apology regarding the recent incident. Despite the ongoing challenge of getting my fur baby into her carrier, this place remains her familiar and beloved environment. It's also where I feel most at ease taking my spoiled princess. Thank you Animal Place for making both of us feel comfortable.A special shout-out to the Friday Afternoon staff who went above and beyond to ensure my fur baby's was comfortable.

I’ve been debating on whether to write this review or not but I think it’s best to do so. It seems like the front desk no longer likes to help clients and asking them email your own pets reports is such a bother to them. Also they are never at the front desk when you arrive for appt. My biggest concern is the last time I brought my dog for his annual I asked them for a nail trim. I do understand that they are not groomers but they took maybe about 10/15 mins to finish the nails (which it shouldn’t take that long) I asked the tech how everything went and he said fine. The nails looked completely horrible and you can tell by looking at them that they did such a bad job!! A couple days later I had to take my dog again to the vet for a different reason and he went to go bite one of the girls who helped with the nail trim. My dog has never had that issue with wanting to bite ANYONE and is always fine with his regular groomers. So that tells me something happened and I was told everything was okay and obviously it wasn’t. That’s concerning that they are keeping something hidden from me about the visit and they are just so untrustworthy to me now Thankfully I’ve found a new vet that my dog seems to love. Just be careful taking your dog here.

I LOVE the vet I see there - I have 4 cats/dogs, including seniors, so I've spent a fair amount of time with vets in the area, and Dr. Ogando is by far my favorite. She is a great listener, she knows her stuff, and is great about making sure you understand what the options and course of treatment are.My only complaint is that they recently vaccinated my dog without my consent, which now means his schedule (and medication approvals) is different from that of my other two dogs, which is going to be a logistical pain in the butt (i.e., approvals for flea med refills will be through two different clinics). I'm chalking this up to a miscommunication, since I know they typically will come out with a plan (including pricing) first, before treatment, so everyone is aligned before treatment starts. For whatever reason, this time that didn't happen.Otherwise, this is a great vet clinic. That they have after-hours urgent appointments is amazing for someone who has seniors like me - not everything can wait a week for an appointment, but a lot of stuff also doesn't warrant sitting in the ER for 6 hours, either.

Let me start by saying I used to love this practice and have taken my dogs there for the past 12 years.I switched vet this week.Since the practice was sold a few doctors have rotated through and back in February I brought my dog for X-ray as I believed she had torn her ACL. Under anesthesia dr O. X-rays her and then gives me the report saying the dog is fine, probably a muscle sprain… I m no vet but even I knew this was impossible. I got my dog home and opened the report… only to realized they X-rayed the wrong leg!!! I had to take my poor dog back there, and yea indeed her acl was torn.At no point did dr O. Come see me to apologize in person, she had the tech give me the report. Then last week, I had an appointment on Saturday at 9.30am. And the clinic was closed! I got countless reminders of the appointment and so had no idea what was going on when we found the place dark. No note, no warning nothing. I left countless messages. Eventually a dr I have never met called me to say he was sorry but one tech had been sick and another unavailable and that it was hard to find staff… I told him I would be switching vet, he was fine with that, no attempt at keeping a long time patient at his practice. What a disappointment!!!

Fantastic service. They really care about your pet and are professional and thorough. We came in after our dog suffered a back injury and the vet examined her and got x rays. He gave us meds for the pain and instructions for care. About a week later our dog is doing great. The vet even called to check on her and assess if she may need additional treatment. Great service overall! We will be back for wellness visits.

This used to be a great practice, but it was sold over a year ago and has not been the same since. The vet misdiagnosed my cat and recommended expensive and unnecessary procedures for my dog. The front desk staff is often absent when I need to check out, refuses to answer the phone, and forgets to send receipts by email (even after several requests). They also do not send reminders for expiring vaccinations. I will be moving to another practice.

I recently visited Animal Place Veterinary Hospital for urgent care for my senior dog for the first time. We arrived without an appointment and luckily we were seen. My dog was given several tests and eventually diagnosed with pancreatitis. The doctor who examined him was Dr. Adriana Ogando, who was so caring, thoughtful and empathetic. She prescribed us the right medicine and food and followed up several days later asking about my dog’s conditions. He got better and is back to normal. Thank you Dr. Ogando and the staff for everything!

To be quoted $700 for a neuter is absurd. I bring my other 2 Dogs here. This price is nowhere inline with others. The location is a whole in the wall. This will most certainly deter any animal owner from adopting. I took the time to call around 50$- 500$ were the average prices for the procedure. Well, They lost us for prices gouging.

The technicians were amazing with our dog, they were so kind and got right in the floor with our lab who was scared to be examined, as she was also in pain. They doctor was so great and knowledgeable, and delivered bad news with such compassion. They also had emergency hours and were so helpful in getting us recommendations and what we needed for Molly.
