Japanese Jujitsu classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 to 9 PM at the Severna Park Community Center. Men and women, boys and girls ages 12 and above learn self-defense methods in a family-friendly atmosphere. Instruction is geared to the needs of the individual and care is taken to avoid injury. We promote students through the ranks from beginners all the way to Black Belt Level 5. The American Jujitsu Association (AJA) certifies belt ranks, and Sensei Boesel is President of the AJA. We operate as a club, so our monthly fee -- $75 -- is well below that of profit-making dojos.
