Be WARNED!!!!!, they will scam you at this location. Please don't go there, avoid this location( read other recent reviews). Especially the skinny light skinned lady with freckles.They can add stuff you didn't take out of the store and use a fake signature for you, leaving you paying for something you have or need.

The worst-case experience with a cell phone company in my life. They are rude, unprofessional , and scammers. Im still working to get things straight with my service, I found out an apple watch was added to my account without my permission. They gave me plans i didnt ask for. I can't get all text on my phone and it's been 7 days. I been back several times and they act like they don't know what to do. The manager and assistance managers aren't any help. SO, I went to another location a cooperate store and found out of the low down stuff they did. I see why the doors stay locked the are running a bad business.

I'm an unsure how a business is supposed to operate without employees and a locked door during business hours. I stopped by to get assistance and this they have their door locked. I leave and after a bit I see an employee answer the door and turn away customers. I am unsure how this business is running and they they are doing.

PLEASE BE AWARE! This T-Mobile store will SCAM you… I’ve been with T-Mobile for the past 5 years and I was so close to cancelling my plan because of this. Went to look for a new phone and traded in a iPhone 11 Pro, I was told there was a promotion that if I traded the phone 11 pro in, I get a free iphone 14, free charger, free case, and free screen protector. Then next thing you know my bill is high the following month. I ended up finding out that there was never a trade in record of that phone(which means the rep robbed me), I’m being charged monthly for that supposed free iphone 14, plus the supposedly free accessories, insurance that I didn’t ask for and an extra phone line that i didn’t know existed.

If I could give negative 2 stars I would. The team members are nice but awful liars. Even down to the manager David. Long story short, I went to the store to purchase a charger. They claimed they had a BOGO (Buy one get one free) promotion. So I upgraded my Galaxy 20+ to a Galaxy 23+. Mind you, I never got a 2nd device for free. Which was fine because I didn't need the 2nd phone since my Galaxy 20 was in perfect condition. The sale Associate Diamond added a charger, screen protector and phone case to my account without my knowledge or approval and claimed later that it was free. (1st lie). 2 weeks later my bill is issued and is +$70 more than what David and myself had discussed (2nd lie). Now it's 25 days later and not knowing I only had 14 days to qualify for buyers remorse, I was going to be stuck with an outrageous bill for the next 24 months. Luckily Customer Care called me and informed me that my bill was going to more and helped me resolve this issue. I was sent to a corporate store (Richie Road) and customer service representative on the phone and the manager at the Ritchie Road location was able to return the device and credit my account for the inconvenience. This location is a 3rd party store with minimum training (according to other tmobile associates) and it's just sad that they'll do anything for commission. But the joke is on them because I was able to return the device after the 14days with help of corporate. But I'll still be filing a complaint with the FCC. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

What is going on with this TMobile. My ma has been there twice to pay her bill and they were not open. There were ppl outside and ppl in their cars waiting because it was raining... AND the INSPECTOR NCC was banging on the door for a while before we left with his bright yellow clipboard. When we left he was still banging. Whether they ever opened the door or not, I'm not sure but 15-20 mins we came came back through there and they still was closed...smdh...
