Say hi to Uncle Mike
Changed to 3 stars after a couple years of going here. Tire cleaner presoak bug off haven't worked in a long time. Feeling some kind of ripped off

7.30.2024 response to owner response - I did not speak to the owner about this. I submitted a review, which obviously made it to the correct individual. I'm thinking my actions were sufficient in getting this hopefully resolved.

For someone who been in the car wash/ detailing business the service was terrible and very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend.

7/10/24 I came to Zoom Car Wash to get my vehicle washed through the self automated wash… I’m particular about my rim coming out of the self automated wash to dry my vehicle first thing I observe are my rim all the way around the edges has scuff marks which my vehicle is sponsored by Z1 MotorSports. I asked an employee for the Boss… The manager Charles comes out gives me the run around and was absolutely nasty with me I calmly stated “ I will like to talk to your Boss” The manager Charles tells me that he is the Boss our self automated wash wouldn’t do something like this to your vehicle I don’t care if your vehicle is sponsored my automated wash wouldn’t do this get off my property. I stated I’m a member I pay every month for you to talk to a manager like this disrespectfully. Charles didn’t have no customer service skill what so ever I even ask to see the security camera as he walks back & forth around the parking lot… My vehicle is a show car I advise anyone that has a nice vehicle or has any modifications done take a 360 picture of your vehicle before the wash to be on the safe side wouldn’t want anybody to go through what I went through the disrespect. Would never spend money with these guys again. God bless photos of Drive front and rear before and after will be below.

Five stars! Best car wash I've ever had! I used the soft touch bay, and they even had 3 people prewashing my car. Great job, guys!

The manager with a big beard goes around offering kids snacks without the parents permission. Creepy, weird, not good for business. I won’t be returning. I’ve shared this terrible experience with all of my friends who have children and they also won’t be using zoom car wash.

Our Tino loves going to zoom car wash in Salibury!! From the staff coming to the car with free snacks and kind hospitality to the car getting a cool car wash. It’s not perfect but what is? We just love to see the smallest things bring the biggest smile. Add this customer on the happy list!

Bro, you have the option between $15 and $20, and granted it's kinda nice that people will spray and scrub your windows and sides, kind of, but the car wash itself doesn't even clean your roof. It was just as dirty as it was before the car wash. $20 should clean the heck out of a car, so yeah, grab a bucket, soap and a sponge and do it yourself at home for cheaper.

the touchless wash barely pumps out any soap in the beginning as it normally did over a month ago. made them aware of the issue and it still persists. it would be nice if the drying part of the wash lasted longer or moved on its own and at least dried the whole car. {Re: Mike Dunn as well as a couple of the male staff members.}
