Found out I had a flat tire this morning, and by afternoon I already had it fixed here! I failed to catch his name, but the guy who worked on my bike was great and got it fixed in ~10 minutes. He was kind enough to tighten my bike stand and also reposition one of my loose brake cables as well. Will be coming back if my bike ever kaputts again!

I had an issue with inner tub and tire I purchased somewhere else but went to Salisbury Cycle to see if they could help me. These guys are GREAT. They took care of my issue and QUICK.
Can’t recommend this shop enough. Ended up purchasing a new tire and now my wife’s bike is good to go. They checked over the bike and we are good to,go.???

I'll never be back. I held my tongue and paid my ignorance to a shady shop. Dropped off my surron and needed brakes bled. let the employee ride it in the parking lot. no issue with my front tire or it being low. I come back 24hrs later to only one brake bled. and a cheap brake level put on which still didn't solve the issue. AND MY FRONT TIRE FLAT. with no explanation and a dumb face after I said you just rode it yesterday. thanks homie. thanks.

I traded in my bike at Salisbury Cycles and Terry was incredibly helpful talking through my options and helping me choose out a new bike. I've also used them in the past for service and they are always nice and knowledgable about any questions I have.

My husband and I purchased 2 e-bikes. Terry was great from start to finish. Our bikes were assembled and ready when we arrived to pick them up. He spent quite some time assembling and installing our bike rack and worked with us to show us how to attach the bikes. So glad we didn’t purchase on line. The personal service was outstanding and we drove an hour and a half from Chester. Well worth the drive. I highly recommend them.

Very good business to deal with. Brought in 2 bikes last Saturday and needed 4 new tires and tubes. To my surprise he told me to give him an hour. I came back and he had it done.

Stopped by their store on a Friday morning to get a bike tire repaired, fully expecting I'd have to leave it with them and come back another day. The gentleman told me he could do the job right away and I was in and out in about 15-min. Final cost $20. I highly recommend this establishment.

I brought my bike in for a tune-up and I was extremely please with the service I received. My bike rode beautifully afterward. I felt I received excellent customer service.
