This is what I told United in the e-mail survey they sent:1. I feel like there was a little bait-and-switch with the cost of delivery. The difference was only ten bucks but to me it's an indicator of how you do business.2. I'm extremely unhappy with being bounced back and forth between the local office and the national call center when I call with a question.3. I was told delivery would be at 4:00 p.m. and the driver called me at 9:30 a.m. to tell me he was on-site---and I was half an hour away. The driver brushed off the discrepancy by saying they "go by office hours and don't guarantee a time," which directly contradicted what I was told when I made the reservation.4. It is absolutely ridiculous that I am charged a "weekly cleaning fee" for a one-day portable toilet rental.I guess you pay your dime and you take your chance. This was a volunteer-run community event so it was already a little chaotic. United certainly didn't make things any easier.

Watch this branch , I signed a rental contract for a certain amount, discovered when I received my credit card statement they snuck a additional 600 dollar fee , no phone call no invoice , nothing, have a dispute started w master card

Decent customer service initially. When equipment was dropped off they were two hours early usually not a bad thing but for our specific logistics didn’t work out well. We rented on a Friday for weekend use but the equipment brought was too big and I was told to rent elsewhere because they were closed and they’d deal with it on Monday. Well it’s Monday and I still haven’t heard from anyone not even for pick up. I called 5 hours after they opened and just said they’d text me with an eta. Horrible customer service after our initial phone call. And we Beat not even be charged because we could not use the equipment at all and went elsewhere as they suggested. No one called over the weekend or even followed up.
