Ashan was so helpful and spent lot of time to set up my new phone. I had lost my phone and he was able to restore my photos and my contacts from an old google account which i was not using. That was so hepful, as we thought all was lost, which would have been a disaster. He helped also to set up programs and most importantly explained and backed my phone. Ashan is very knowledgeable and very helpful and i highly recommend him. Bernard

After five hours at the Apple Store we ended up at the Verizon store in Rockville. Service was phenomenal and both Raghu and Ahsan were more than helpful. Don't waster your time anywhere else for phone help

Maybe it is was off day, but I received 0 help and not an ounce of customer service with a travel pass. I had some help adding a travel pass previously in-store at a different location and now need it removed. At this location, I was told that there is nothing they could do before I was even asked about my reason for visiting the store. Horrible customer service.

Will peters helped me out, there was a lot of difficulty when trying to update my phone but he stayed patient and worked through the issues. The entire staff was super nice and helpful, great experience overall

I placed an order for a smart watch On May 20th, 2023 after talking to the store rep. I asked if the product can be shipped directly to my house, he said no, the smart watch must be send to the store. He told me he will call me when it arrives, but he never did. I had to call them after many days of waiting, and when I came back to pick it up, he wants to charge me additional 60 some dollars for "Fees and Taxes" . I did not agree to it as these charges were never mentioned to me when I was placing the order. So I asked him to cancel the order for me and I was upset. The rep refused and became careless. He tells me to call the customer services over the phone to cancel the order. I told him that I did not place the order through customer services over the phone, I placed the order in the store through him and he should cancel it for me. Not only the smart watch has not released to me, the service was also not activated. He was speechless, he knows that he can not refuse this very reasonable request of cancellation. After some debating he finally agreed to cancel, so I left the store. What has really surprised me is a few hours later, someone from the store forged my signatures and activated the service. So, this A$$hole not only did not cancel my service as agreed, but also activated the service and forces me to contact the customer service. Thank you Verizon, for bring all these troubles to me. Your employees are not only lack of training and professionalism, but also forges customer signatures to close a fake deal.
