Just paid 5 bones for a cup of ice. I would've been okay if they didn't move sooooooooo slow. I had to leave on multiple occasions bc their lack of urgency was gonna make me late after having more than enough time to stop. Disappointed in the iced matcha latte. Move faster and give people the amount of drink they paid for.

I went to this Starbucks on 5/15/20 at about 4:45pm. I mention the date and time because I did not get the baristas name. But that was probably one of the best service I have gotten at a Starbucks. He's working during the COVID-19 pandemic and he had a great attitude. Thank you!

This is a typical Starbucks inside Safeway. Service is a bit slow because only one person was working at the time of visit.

I came here often as it was close to where I was staying while on vacation last week and I didn't catch her name but the great female worker with brownish hair, I think she wore glasses. She was always happy to help and take my order and even offered some great insight on newer drinks.

I actually like this place I come here often as my stop after a run or a walk. Today Laura the barista was charging me .26 cents for a cup of water after buying a grande dragon fruit drink which she made with more syrup than my usual. I refused to pay. I have been here and never have I been charged for my iced water. Perhaps because I usually come with my water bottle. Or my own coffee mug. I am all for charging to conserve water or better to save plastic cups. But they should provide reusable cups if they're serious about the environment. She did say that maybe if I have my own cup it's free. But it's that sort of inconsistent policy. Others were not observing it in the past then? Or she just introduced a new one? Next time please provide reusable cups for your customers it's summer it's hot and it's part of your service. And it does save a lot of disposable plastic cups.

Just walked out from getting the worst saddest service, from a very sad employee. He looked like he hated his life. My order was wrong. I asked for extra everything and got no extra my frapp was basically water.

I've had enough of this starbucks, I'll drive the extra time and go somewhere else. They are always really slow and mess up my drink. Every. Time. Everyone is usually nice, but the quality is not good. They didn't even offer to redo my drink. They just said sorry.

Usually I don't have any issues with this Starbucks. This morning I went in at 5:45am (keep in mind it opens at 5am) and a tall, thin, younger looking African-American male behind the counter was not prepared. It looked like he had just got there. The lights weren't even on. He said he could make me coffee but he didn't have any dairy at the moment....apparently the fridge was broken (understandable) so he went and got the milk from the back after I asked him to but then came back and started getting mad and cussing to himself about how mad he was. Finally it was about 5:55am and I asked him what was going on and he said the espresso machine wasn't working at the moment. Not once did he ask me how I was, thank me for my patience or even apologize for anything. He made me wait there for about 15 minutes until I just left...pretty disappointed in that worker. Not personable and didn't seem to care about his job or the customers.

I asked for soy milk and a grande, he made a tall and put whipped cream on my drink. When I told him "no whip, I'm allergic to dairy", he yelled at me for not asking for soy. When I showed him my receipt that says soy, he made another tall, even though my receipt showed I paid for a grande.

This is INSIDE SAFEWAY STORE. Very CRAMPED 2-3 small tables only. Dont think that have the expanded food menu of other Starbucks.
