I needed a heavy leather jacket altered and my old shoe/luggage repair place closed and became a Korean hot dish restaurant. After looking in the area, I found Milestone to do the alterations and they did a great job. Thanks Grace :)

I have used this establishment for many years. But no more. Their cleaning is fine, but no better than other places that charge MUCH less. I wanted to have a 60x120 tablecloth pressed and they charged $24. I called around and found Dry Clean Plus in Rockville at $12.50 and the Cleaners in Festival Shopping Center at $14!!!!

Grace was easy to work with and gave me a realistic timeline for the service, and met that timeline successfully! I had my maid of honor dress altered as it was too tall. The aftermath turned out really well. I wanted the dress to be floor length. When I tried it on, it was the perfect floor-length with my heels on.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I have been going here for a couple years now. They do a great job of dry cleaning my down comforters come early spring. I have also taken my winter coats. No complaints here. Consistently good service.

The owner and staff of this establishment is exceptional! I was 5 months pregnant needing a bridesmaid dress desperately altered for an upcoming wedding.. the owner (I believe his name is Ronnie) went above and beyond to ensure my dress was ready in time for the big day. Great communication, great prices, and great services. I would highly recommend them and will be sure to come back in the future.

I lost a button on my way to a BBQ today and happened to be meeting my partner at the plaza where this cleaner is located. It seemed like a long shot but figured I could try to see if they could help. The man working behind the counter was so nice! He said he could give me a needle and thread to fix it. After a few moments, he came out with a needle already threaded and tied at the end for me. Another woman was so kind to sew the button for me as I was wearing my dress. She did so with such expertise They didn't even charge me for the trouble. I will definitely be bringing any items I need to dry clean here. A friend has also mentioned that he's brought them suits for alterations and they've been great. Appreciate the kind service!

The friendliest and most caring staff! I drive half an hour to this service because it is the best. I love that they use eco friendly products too! I had an impossible task (getting all different kinds of stains out of a 100% polyester shirt), not even dry cleaning specific but they took great care in being true to what they can do for me and keeping me updated with calls. I am SHOCKED at the AMAZING results. Thank you Milestone Cleaners!

I picked up my suit on 8-22-2020 and they did exactly what I asked. Dry cleaned it with natural ingredients. Hemmed the pants. Added buttons on the sleeves and even noticed I had the mismatching colors and got the correct ones and sewed them on for me. Very perceptive. The staff are very friendly and I will go back again.

We have been coming to Milestone Cleaners , a local family run business, for probably 20 years. We have never ever had any adverse incident of any kind from a service or quality perspective and never a lost item. To the contrary, our cleaning always comes back on a timely basis and always looks great. We trust Ronnie the owner to tell us how to handle delicate or unusual items.Apart from the quality , it is a pleasure doing business with Milestone. The staff are consistently friendly and efficient. We are always greeted with a smile and efficient service. The real testament to the excellent business that Ronnie runs is the very long tenure of the staff. The same folks seem to have worked for him forever. The sign of a well run business. We give Milestone our highest recommendation.

Milestone cleaners is the absolute best and most reliable dry cleaners we have ever used. The clothes always come out beautifully. But even more important than the quality of their work is the pleasantness of the staff and the incredible personal engagement and commitment of the owner of the Milestone, Ronnie Greenbaum, makes going there a pleasure every time.

What I like most about this laundry shop is their concern towards their customers. They always ensure that not only do they clean your items well, but they also really do it fast. They even text you once your laundry is ready for pickup .
