I brought in my broken laptop that was over 10 years old. They helped me find a suitable replacement at my desired price point. The service center is outstanding. Their was a tiny misstep with the initial setup (no fault on their part) but they worked quickly to correct it and at NO charge. You can buy a computer anywhere but the service aspect is what sets any business apart...and Micro Center provides great service. It's now my go-to shop for all my digital needs.

Marc Siegal, rude, obtrusive, interruptive, condescending, obfuscating, uninterested and acts as if he had something against me when I came to him with a problem. Always thought he knew what I was going to say, wouldn't let me talk without saying he knows, kept disclaiming that he is not a tech ad infinitum ad nauseam, kept repeating himself as if I was a complete dolt when I couldn't stay on track in my explanation without his constant interruption and then he decides to just say, "uh huh, yes, ok ok, yea yea'' at everything I said and then repeats himself again as if I didn't already tell him I did what he is suggesting to his dismissive indifference. I have never had someone so abrupt and tell me he has to go help another customer as if he helped me or I was preventing it. He treated me like an abused subordinate. Had one solution I already tried and told him I did to his dismissal and then comes back and outright lies to me and says he tried to get it done immediately and says he told me. I have been shopping there since it first opened. I am leery about going back to shop there again and that got a "Uh huh." out of him too. I'm done. He was deliberately incendiary.I don't want your store to have my telephone number, so I won't be setting up an account. I have said what happened, verbatim. Marc Siegal was a confrontational repetition of disinterested harassment. Period. I could not get a word in edgewise and he fluffed me off because he 'had to help customers' as if I was not one. I have been back maybe 3 times in 2 years, leery of running in to him at your Rockville, MD location. I used to visit much more often. But his being a manager is absolutely appalling and you lost me on this.

Becky and Promise were the best sales associates I could have found. I walked in ready to spend my money. Not only was I greeted quickly, I was greeted with a hand shake from Promise and Becky. Working in sales, you learn how first 2 seconds of meeting a client results in a sale or not. They both need promotions moving forward!

Will was incredibly kind and detailed-oriented, demonstrating genuine interest in my needs and going above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a new computer. Their prices are very good (they price matched a computer advertised by nationally know compay) and their customer service is fantastic! I also trust their repair department more than Geek Squad.

Went here to check to see what the problem with my laptop was and they cut straight to the point within an hour and solved it while companys like geek squad couldn't figure it out and tried scamming . If you want fast and repair service then this is the right place.

Solid, if slightly overwhelming computer and electronics store. It seems like they have at least 1 of EVERY and ANYTHING - laptops, mice, wires, switches, chairs, security equipment, cables, toys, etc.There are also like 400 people working there so, there's always someone around to ask questions.The prices seem good, but hard to compare some of the brands they carry with other retailers...
