Natalia is the absolute BEST! She has solid knowledge of furniture, the materials, style and whats practical for your situation. We have kids and her ideas just came to light each time we reviewed our options. In terms of logistics and delivery as well, she was a GREAT advocate for us. She is truly special. The sales consultant, Mrs Natalia, is extremely amazing and experienced in the way she approaches and takes care of customers. She was very friendly, professional and helpful when I entered the store. Such a feeling like you have known each other for years. She listened carefully to what I wanted, brought up even better suggestions with choices that met my needs and within my budget. Her services were magnificent. I'm greatly satisfied with my purchase. After a positive experience , I went back for more.Turns out that Marlo outsources their delivery to an external company.They missed their delivery because they called the wrong number and then refused to accommodate in any way, other than getting at the back of the line.My furniture will be delivered one week later than scheduled and Marlo will not do anything to fix it.I had already missed a half day of work waiting for the delivery and now I have to wait for another 5 days and lose another half day of work.Not good Marlo, not good.
