Nelson is awesome experienced professional. I have been taking my Lexus GX 470 2005 for almost 20 years, maintained in excellent condition and no issues. LXT consistently gives the lowest rates and reliable service when compared to others in DMV area.

Nelson runs an AMAZING shop! It is very difficult to find a quality mechanic that does great work at a very good price…Nelson has been my go to for 20 years. I feel grateful to have found him and his LXT Automotive shop!

Took my car for a transmission diagnostic, paid the fee, diagnosed it as a bad transmission and he was supposed to reach out to me with an estimate for replace or repair. (The other review about being a shady shop is true.) Never reached out to me, I guess he thinks I did not have the money, well, guess what, I will get it replaced at the dealer for several thousands. I had and have the money buddy...You lost a customer, I don't have time for prejudiced people...

Our Lexus RX350 needed a new water pump and the dealer wanted to charge us $2800 (after a $600 price break) to do the job. We reached out to Nelson at LXT and he was able to fit us into his schedule next-day. The repair cost us $1865 at LXT (taxes included) and they managed to finish the job the same day which was faster than expected. We are very pleased with the service and will be back for our repair and maintenance needs. Bye, bye dealer prices.....we should have made this switch years ago!

I've been a client for years. Brought my 2012 Lexus here when it had run out of warranty. I've now got over 230k miles and it's still running well. The owner Nelson is personable and knowledgeable. The techs work hard to fix the car. No upsells. Great service.

Nelson has been taking care of my Lexus cars for several years. I find him to be honest and trustworthy. I never feel like I'm getting fleeced. They will offer to drop you off and pick you up at the Metro. There is no fancy lounge or free coffee and cookies here, but you will definitely get good service at a reasonable price.

Nelson is the BEST! Always honest and gives the best prices. Also his knowledge on cars is extensive (you would be surprised at what other places experience is like). He even used to race so he LOVES CARS but more importantly loves what he does and it shows through the integrity of his business. Would recommend to anyone!

I started taking my 2005 Lexus LS430 to LXT as soon as the warranty expired and never regretted it. Nelson took better care of my car than the dealer did. Plus, I trusted Nelson completely and knew that he was taking good care of me.They always did great work the first time--never had to go back a second time to get something fixed. They really did an outstanding job.I recommend LXT without any reservation at all.
