I get drycleaning sometimes but i OFTEN get my clothes tailored here. She has done so many different womens pieces of clothing for me, from taking in waists, arm length, pant length, and she is even able to work on delicate/beaded indian clothing. Shes completely changed the size of things for me, added sleeves etc. Amazing experience with her and will continue to use them for all my tailoring needs!

I'm only commenting on the alterations supposedly offered here: I walked in and was told that the seamstress was on vacation with no further information. Will be looking for another place for alterations

I have been a regular customer here for years and highly recommend. Very prompt and kind customer service and my clothes come back spick and span. They get out stains very well too! If you are in the area, I highly recommend Dryclean Plus.

Stopped in for the first time and was very impressed with their customer service. Very friendly staff! I had a simple but immediate seamstress need and they were able to service me on the spot. Very grateful!

I rarely review but I have been pleasantly and consistently impressed by the quality and care of the dry cleaning process here. So much so that I started bringing designer garments that came out looking new. I even a brought a very expensive wedding dress that was black at the bottom after dancing all night long and it was back to its original white. Unbelievable!Highly recommend this hidden neighborhood gem.

How to lose a customer in 30 seconds Pre pandemic I was a loyal 20 year weekly customer. The lockdown kept me away as you don't need to dryclean sweatpants. Found out I had a meeting Monday requiring a suit. Arrived at 10am and asked if they could have ready by Saturday. "We are done for the day" responded the owner. Done? At 10am. I offered to pay a premium if they could just press the outfit. " No, we can only do it Monday" was the response. Took the suit two blocks away. Had it done in an hour 20 years of loyalty gone in 30 seconds

The new management here is very unprofessional. Seems like they’re using “ pops” to run the place. They keep using COVID-19 as an excuse to no longer offer their weekly discounts and close the cleaners an hour and a half earlier than what their website states. This has gone on for almost a year and they refuse to update the website. Therefore we have to call every time the services are needed to find out what time they close. They typically answer unprofessionally with the usual “hello”.Service: Couches/sofas

I brought a bag in for mending. I'm disappointed at the lack of quality and consideration for aesthetics. While the thread color matches, the weight of the thread is significantly less and the line is crooked. I anticipate this failing. They used to do a good job but not so much now. Look elsewhere for repair.

I LOVE this place. Friendly service, but most importantly, EXCELLENT quality of work. I have probably had close to 20 jackets and coats tailored here, as well as pants, and have never been anything but impressed. I have to have sleeves let out frequently, and that requires some extra work with moving buttons, putting in new cuff lining if there's not enough already there, etc... I've been to other tailors around the country, and many of them simply decline the job since I'm guessing they aren't confident they can do a great job, and don't want to be responsible for the garment. Dryclean Plus is always friendly, and happy to take on whatever requests I've had so far, and does great, timely work. Highly recommend!!

They have been my goto for almost 5 years. Theyve gotten out more ink and grass stains than I thought possible. Not only are they quick, convenient and friendly cleaners, they do great repairs (ragged pants cuffs, torn seams).
