I had the most amazing memorable experience that I will always cherish. As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted. Ms. Stephanie was informative and was so patient and understanding. As I was browsing I meet again a long lost friend from middle school Ms. Rolanda that assisted me with finding the perfect dress yet making me feel comfortable trying what I wouldn’t. I truly will never forget the experience over all. The manger showed care to support her team. There is so much to say in the best ways! I found my dress too?

The experience my best friend and I had today was phenomenal because of Sage. She was hospitable, so delightful, knowledgeable and so warm. We were on our way out the door due to the interaction my best friend had with the store manager Dee. She was not welcoming, did not smile, was very curt and quite rude. When in a bridal location staff should be upbeat, celebratory, welcoming and courteous! She was none of these and thankful for Sage for turning our experience around. My best friend not only had a tight turn around to find a dress, but she is also 3 months pregnant and was visibly upset and almost cried as she dreamt of her experience shopping for her wedding dress.
Dee should not be in a customer facing role and her hospitality skills are below par and need extensive training and some accountability.

Sage was AMAZING! Initially, the “not so welcome” start of the visit almost made me leave. The woman at the front (Dee) was quite rude and off putting. She did not explain how the process would go and just left us standing in front of dresses. Thankfully, Sage came around the corner like a ray of sunshine! She was patient, explained everything and even called the alterations team over for my unique situation. If it weren’t for Sage, I’d be leaving a one star review because of Dee.

I came here to get my wedding dress altered, but I had some hiccups in my schedule and the tailor, Birdie, was so kind and understanding with my timeline. She tailored three of my bridal dresses so quickly and easily. Two of my dresses were made from a different store and were not the best quality, but the tailor here was able to fix them and make them look like a million bucks!

We had a wonderful experience with Tyrn. We enjoyed the dress selections and trying everything on. She was thoughtful and very considerate to my dress needs. We are highly considering buying here now.

From walking in the doors on the day of dress shopping and up to my final fitting, I am VERY happy with my experience here. Not only is my dress beautiful, but staff is also very kind and eased a lot of my worry.
The bridal consultants made dress shopping a good time even though my family and friends weren’t physically with me; I still felt special and they were honest about styles that complimented me.
Alterations did a wonderful job with making sure my dress fit beautifully. On final fitting day it was in great condition!
For context, I was also in a time crunch. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a dress, yet alone have it altered but again, the team here assured and reassured me that things would be fine. I chose my gown on 5/6/24 and picked up on 6/4/24.
