I highly recommend Butler. My motorcoach was in for a Maryland State inspection. Upon passing, Butler offered to perform a preventative maintenance service while it was there. The price for service was good, so I took them up on their offer. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

Such great service. Felt completely secure and trustworthy, especially when they said that they would fight with the insurance companies FOR me to get the best for me and my car. Hopefully I don't have to use them often (or ever again) but I know I will if I have to get my car fixed.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! These people don’t know what their are doing! At least not on trucks! After 20k dollars spent I had to tow my truck to another location!We’re told we should get rid of our truck because it was not fixable! Guess what? Brought it to another place and 3k later truck is great! This place is the worst! ??

I called to make an app for the state inspection on my 24 f RV, they told me to go in Monday, went there and they refuse to do the inspection because was an RV, they knew it (I told someone name “PAUL” was an RV!) please don’t waste your time here!!!!!!

Butler automotive fixed and fully repainted all the plastics on my motorcycle. It came back better than showroom quality. The team in the body shop definitely know what they're doing and then some.

I brought my semi truck to get State inspection and did not enjoy the service, They told I needed brakes all around and slack adjusters, When I knew that the rear tandem look about 60% but the front were at least 90% Took my unit somewhere else instead

They really don't deserve even one star but that was not an option on yelp. Our company truck had an ABS Light Issue indicating malfunction in the brake system. We took the truck to Butler Automotive for repair since our inhouse mechanic didn't have the computer to run diagnostics. After they ran diagnostics on the truck, they said the issue is with the harness and it needs to be replaced. They provided a quote and we agreed to have the harness replaced with a new one. After some time, they called us again saying they are not able to replace the harness because they cannot find one to purchase and they claimed they can re-wire it to fix the issue. At that point, we had lost over a week of time and needed the truck fixed so we said OK to have it fixed by re-wiring it. We then received a call saying truck is FIXED and we paid them over $1,800 to get the truck delivered. When their driver brought the truck back to our shop, our head mechanic noticed the ABS light WAS STILL ON and asked the driver why he delivered the truck when the light is still on and the driver replied, "oh I didn't notice it." We refused the delivery and the driver took the truck back to get repaired. After a few days, they called us back again saying they need to run more diagnostics because they now think there is an issue with the transmission that's causing the ABS Break Light to come on and they asked for more money. Completely frustrated and cheated, we said "no" because at this point, after already paying them $1,800 we didn't want to pay a second time and have them come back with a third reason! The truck should have been fixed before they delivered it the first time and instead of asking for more money, they should have taken the truck back and fix it since it was not fixed. We found their way of handling this issue unethical, not in good faith and by no means per industry standards. Bottom line, the ABS Light ISSUE WAS NOT REPAIRED and they took over $1,800 of our hard earned money and we lost the use of our truck for several weeks- that's simply cheating the consumer and false advertising on their website about warranty and customer satisfaction. Prior to posting this on Yelp, I called Ed the General Manager and complained and explained the situation and he said to bring the truck back again and then when our General Manager called Ed today 6/26 at 3:30 PM, to discuss our concerns, ED was not willing to hear our complaint and rudely hung-up on our General Manager. How horrible can a business be to have their General Manager hang up on a customer who has paid in full for services that they DID NOT RECEIVE. Ed could have been nice and understanding that we are upset since the truck was not repaired but instead he simply hung up on our General Manager. We will take this matter seriously and report them to Better Business Bureau and pursue legal action for sure. I felt so bad that I wanted to post this on Yelp so that others hopefully don't fall in the same trap and get cheated like we did. I wish I had read their reviews on Yelp before trusting them with our car and paying them over $1,800 for nothing! Horrible company with TROUBLE MANAGEMENT and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
