The associate that helped us was amazing, nothing wrong with him at all. It’s the part where it’s called a discount furniture store with higher pricing than stores like Macy’s with NO discounts or deals / promotions. Higher price with lower quality.

Suoer helpful salespeople who aren't pushy, amazing selection compared to Ashley's or Wolf's, huge discount section in the back compared to other nearby stores.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the pick up option is HORRIBLE. All the other comments are true - I could have taken my table myself from the store to my car but instead I had to wait at the pickup area for over 2 hours for some disgruntled kid who spent more time listening to music than moving items. He brought it to my car and then just stared at me and waited for me to load it myself, and when I had trouble he shoved it in to my car and scratched it.
if you order delivery (which I almost always do) it's not a problem. The delivery guys are professional and on time. Overall I like the store way more than not and would totally buy there again.

The young man who waited on me was polite, professional and extremely helpful and patient, he completely understood that furniture buying can be stressful and yet enjoyable at the same time, yet he was patient and gave genuine guidance in describing each piece I was interested in. I definitely will return to Bob’s in the near future.

I’m taking this opportunity to provide my feedback about our experience with this company. We arrived with high hopes for high-quality furniture at a good price, and indeed, we found just that. The place is excellent, and the sales team is wonderful. We loved their furniture so much that we decided to purchase a living room set worth more than two thousand dollars, paying in full. We also paid the company for delivery.
However, I must say that I have never in my life received such poor delivery service and customer service as we did with this company. First, after four weeks of eagerly awaiting the delivery of our living room set, the big day arrived, only for the set to be delivered incomplete. When we tried to resolve the issue with customer service—which I must say is the worst of the worst—they could not provide a quick solution. Instead, I had to wait another week to receive the missing piece.
Once again, we went to the store, where we were treated wonderfully, especially by the manager, who, in his concern, tried to help expedite things. But once again, the delivery service was terrible. After waiting, they brought the wrong piece, and when we tried to explain, the delivery staff was extremely rude. Once again, customer service did not resolve the issue satisfactorily, so we decided to return the furniture. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a supposedly prestigious company like Bob’s Furniture.
If you plan to buy furniture from them, I recommend you pick it up yourself because their delivery service is awful. I do not recommend them at all.

Very good experience buying at BOB'S, I can say that it is a good place to select your furniture purchase, reasonable prices and the service was excellent from IVAN, he was patient, respectful and very friendly.

Sebastián attended us and was very helpful as we navigated our purchase. He was very patient as we chose between various options and did not rush us at all. He also ensured to package our purchase and help us load it onto our vehicle. He also spoke spanish which was very helpful to my parents!
