I have been a client for many years! Even before the names were changed. The staff is always friendly! Especially Ms. Michelle! She is very patient and kind. She is very professional etc, most Fridays are kind of busy so be prepared! But what do you expect when everyone wants funds at the same time! ?? ♥️

Today I came for my appointment that I made a day head and when I got to my appointment I called to let them know I was here and a teller name sherish something like that picked up and said they were behide and to wait in the car and hang up . First didn’t even apologize they were late and second didn’t even give me the chance to even ask how long would I have to wait! . I just wish the teller could have gave a better customer service.

This place is Horrible, Customer service is terrible. I been at the drive through for over 15 minutes for people are waiting behind me while I been ignored by teller!! ZERO STAR!!?????

Today I walked to the bank for the third time trying to make a deposit. Although the posted hours say they should be open each time the bank has been closed.Today I checked the website and called .the 877 number both listed the branch as open. I called the corporate office and spoke to someone and they had no idea why the branch isn't open.There is no sign or explanation posted. At least 10 other people came to the bank during the 15 minutes I was on the phone with Suntrust.This is no way to run a business.website says they're supposed to be open. Called the corporate office and it said they're supposed to be open.

I give this branch 5 stars because the people who work there are stellar. They have always been efficient and professional but friendly. The lobby could be updated with a new carpet, and they sometimes seem to be understaffed but I prefer it to the newer, more impersonal banks in the area because of the people who work there.
