Very rude manager! Not only unprofessional but also verbally abusive! They don't bother to scan the packages and get pissed when you ask them to help and do their job!

I dont think this place is worth zero star. But if you want a rude aggressive so called manager and staff to kick your box from the counter to the middle of the store and refuse to scan your package instructing you to hold a 30 lb package under the ipad attached to the desk and call police in response to you to asking them to do your job thinking you will be scared to runaway you should check them out. This is a clear example of a brand tarnishing its reputation to allow incompetent people open up a fedex office!

Ordered business cards a day in advance, but they only started printing them when I arrived. They also charged me a service fee and a "file enhancement" fee without giving me prior notice which ended up doubling the cost. Terrible FedEx experience.

Rude team members in person and via phone. I barely could even ask a question and the manager hanged up the phone on me. If you don’t like your job - maybe go somewhere else that makes you happy ??

This is a great location. Plenty of parking, which is a major convenience if you have a lot to ship. The staff is friendly and efficient. I do all my business shipping through this location.

as a service company, some of the staff are so rude. Only take two mins to print paper before 5 mins to close. They will give you attitude with disrespectful words.

PLEASE stay away from this location...the employees and then manager the next day was not only unable to accomplish a simple task...but was condescending and rude. he offered no solutions but kept repeating the wrong information that he believed...he said FedEx was unable to accomplish...i then went to the location in upper college park near the IKEA, and Lakashia was able to assist quickly and with a happy can-do attitude.it is unfortunate how 1 location can have such a bad apple and reputation.i live very close to the riverdale location and this is has been my experience there on MULTIPLE occasions. perhaps if FedEx were to actually pay attention to the reviews...they would certainly investigate the Riverdale location and its staff and manager.

They charged me 8.90$ for photo print while they didn’t even have the printing paper. The pictures turned out blurry. The employee who assisted me kept asking others how to do a flash drive transfer (which is something he should have already known) and kept me waiting for 20 minutes. He charged me a fee to cut the paper without telling me that would cost extra. Please review these unnecessary fee and choose CVS while printing your photos!

FedEx truck is parked in front of this location in the middle of the intersection blocking traffic. Again.

Needed help with the FedEx computer to print some documents. Both employees were curt and rude. They acted like their assistance was an imposition. FedEx customer service training appears nonexistent.
