I live 2 miles away and I can't drop mower off, still have to pay a pickup fee. Why? Yes you did 3 years needed a pully and can ride buy your house and theirs a truck and trailer with mowers on them , and no shop it's on the western shore and that's why you charge a pickup and delivery fee. If you were just up front with your customers and just let them know with out being rude.

Amazing experience! Vincent and his staff are very friendly. We have used them twice, and they are now our go-to company. After the repairs, Vincent took the time to take a thorough video showing all the problems, how they were fixed, and how to prevent the issues. This guy cares about his work! When they dropped off our equipment, they also left us with a folder including our inquiry, invoice, their company info, and a thank you card!

I've come to him a couple of times for repair of my 2 lawnmowers. Very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and most important, he is honest. When he tells you he's going to do something, it gets done. I'd highly recommend him.

Outstanding Service! So happy to have found Vince Squitieri! On Wednesday, we noticed a very strong gasoline odor in our garage. Initially, we had no idea what was causing this smell and later discovered that our snowblower was leaking gasoline onto the garage floor. I placed a few calls trying to get someone to come and look at it before it got worse. One place was willing to help but I needed to get the snowblower to them. I had not way of doing this because it is a big one. Then I got a call back from one of the calls I had made. It was Vincent. I explained the situation to him and my concern about the gasoline leaking in the garage. He came the very next morning after the rainstorms cleared and picked up the snowblower. Shortly after he texted me with the estimate and confirmed he could repair it and have it back to me later that same day! I was shocked that he was able to do this so quickly! As he said he would, he delivered the repaired snowblower Thursday afternoon. The final bill not only detailed the work that was done but it also included tips for maintaining the snowblower in mint condition – especially during the off season. Exceptional!Vincent is trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I would certainly call him again if needed and I would not hesitate in recommending him.

Please listen to the other low star reviews. I call Vince on Monday at 11am, tell him that I need a Lawn Mower Servicing and all around tune up since the 3 year old Lawn Mower hasn't been started in about a year. Vince tells ME to coordinate with HIS driver to pick up my mower in case the Delivery Driver doesn't call me... Okay weird.... Anyways, Vince tells me that the Driver will call me Monday afternoon. Fast forward to WEDNESDAY the driver calls me and says he'll be at my house at 8:30PM!!! What the heck? Fine, I get it. The Driver is working multiple jobs...Anyways. I call the driver at 8:50, "Where you at?"Driver: "I'm in Bowie... I'll get there when I get there..."me: "No... that wont be necessary. I'll take my business elsewhere"Vince Christian, please feel free to refute my claim below.Other potential customers, I do not recommend Vince Christian services.

My Honda powered Troy Built powerwasher would only run on full choke and then stall out. I tried my best but couldn’t get it to run properly. I did a Google search, found Vince Christian, called him, he was there the next day to pick it up and it was done and delivered the next day after that. The repair cost was very reasonable and now my powerwasher is work8 g like it should. A big thanks to Vince!

Take a look at the negative reviews - we all shared a similar experience. Take a look at the negative Yelp reviews as well. This guy is completely unprofessional and unresponsive. I'd go so far as to say mentally unstable.I had Vince service my lawnmower for a yearly tune up. First, the guy who was supposed to contact me to come pick up the lawnmower hadn't contacted me for a few days as Vince had stated would happen. Once I reached out to him about that, someone finally contacted me to come pick the lawnmower up.A few days passed after picking it up, and I reached out to Vince via text to see if I could get an update on how things were going. All I was looking for was an update. He could've replied, "haven't gotten around to it yet, should get to it in a few days" - and I wouldn't have cared. But, he didn't reply. So a few more days went by and I reached out again for an update (again via text). And again - no reply. This pattern repeated itself again and again through calls and text for about a week and a half.Well he supposedly had enough of my basic attempts at communication, and snapped at me. He tells me to please stop texting him and that he will reach out to me when things are ready (you read that right - a business owner telling their client that they can't talk to them - only the other way around). So I express my discontent, saying I at least deserve a little communication as to when things will be done, how things are going, etc. I wasn't being hostile or mean in the slightest. Well then he REALLY went off. He called me immediately, and basically told me off in an angry, illogical, and emotional rant. He was somehow blaming me for failing to get my mower serviced at a different time (yes - a business owner, blaming the client they've agreed to services with). I was completely dumbfounded. I hardly get a word out because he was ranting, and also because I've never been treated that way by anyone who owns a business. It was just completely bizarre. Almost laughable. He ends the call by hanging up on me (shocker). And then follows up the phone call with a series of text messages that echoed his rant on the phone - in addition to telling me he *won't* be servicing my mower like he'd agreed.I have text messages to prove all of the above!I didn't reply to him because at this point I figured the guy has problems, and now I just want my mower back. To make this whole experience even more bizarre, the next morning I get an email with an invoice, with a comment stating that one of his guys stayed overnight to complete the job. So maybe he had regrets after he unleashed his anger on me? No idea.In any case, I paid him, though I really didn't want to given I was treated terribly. It appeared the work was in fact done - though the mower blades felt pretty dull still, so I'm not sure if that was done correctly, if at all.So overall if you're looking to get your mower serviced and want an emotional roller coaster of ride along the way - Vince is your guy!

I’m leaving this here in hopes of helping you avoid what we just suffered with this company. They’re incompetent and Vince is just a nasty person. Here’s the story in short: Vince took our mower for a month, charged us $95 to transport it to their shop a few miles away, said it was working fine and sent it back, when we were still unable to turn it on he yelled and called us liars and demanded payment to come over and just take a look. They charged us $95 to pick up and drop off. They took a a week to pick up the mower and a week to drop it off, said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it but kept it at the shop for 3 weeks so in all it took near a month to get it serviced. In that time, the grass had grown so long that we had to pay a for a double service to mow the grass (which was so high at that point that we couldn’t see the landscape lights). When it was dropped off, it was left in our driveway and we didn’t need it since we’d just paid a fortune to get the lawn mowed so we pushed it to the shed. When we did need it, we tried to turn it on and, again, we couldn’t turn it on. We texted asking if someone could come out to take a look (since they supposedly had no problem turning it on in the shop…interesting). No response. So, since the grass is needing a mow and we’d like to avoid a repeat of the last time, we called to ask the same. The conversation started with me explaining the situation (I wasn’t upset, just said I needed their help since the mower wouldn’t turn on). Without delay Vince started yelling at me and asking questions like it was the inquisition. I wasn’t the one who had tried to turn it on either time or the person who moved the mower from the driveway so I handed the phone to my husband. My husband tried to answer but couldn’t get a word in edgewise as Vince berated him for no apparent reason. My husband was done so he handed me the phone. Vince then called us liars…”I don’t believe for a second that you pushed the mower to the shed. You’re lying. And I’m not just going yo come there for free.” What?!? Completely shocking, illogical, unprofessional, and just plain unkind. One of the other reviews shared a similar tone. I hope this is helpful.

Take a look at my review over on Google. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Also - pay close attention to the 1-star reviews here on Yelp and Google. All of those 1-star reviews echo the same sentiment about Vince and the way he operates. What's even more bizarre, but not surprising, is that he'll leave replies on the 1-star reviews effectively suggesting that you're a terrible customer and/or are lying about the review.

I agree with the other 1 star reviews. Vince has anger issues. All I'll say here is that he did not fix our equipment and he yelled and called us profane names. Go somewhere else.

"Stay away from this man" is good advice. I fully agree with Todd's and Daniel's reviews. Vince (Christian) Squitieri has provided annual maintenance/ tuneup and a few repairs for my riding lawn mower over the past few years. All of that work was done satisfactorily. Following the March 2021 annual mower tuneup, however, I received an invoice that included a $95 charge identified as "PRICE INCLUDES PARTS & LABOR," which I questioned. Vince related that this was a charge for roundtrip pickup and delivery. Since Vince's website advertises in 2 places (Pricing screen, FAQs) that pickup and delivery are FREE for annual mower tuneups, I refused to pay that charge and requested he reissue a corrected invoice. He refused, called me a number of vulgar, filthy names, told me to go to hell, and then hung up. I paid his later corrected invoice.

I met Vince when I was a new home owner with my first new lawn tractor. I began having problems with my mower. Vince came to my home to get my tractor. Apparently I had hit a stump and did quite a number on my mower deck. Vince was able to repair my mower and save my tractor without the cost of an entirely new mower deck. I still have and use the same lawn tractor almost 20 years later thanks to Vince.
