I applied fir a personal loan with Lendmark. I got a call back the following day and the representative was polite and professional at first. But, when my application was denied the representatives attitude did a 360 degree turn and she became very short, negative and unprofessional. Don't apply with this company no matter what your credit is.

Shannon was amazing from the beginning. She listened to my story and told me she would do everything she can to help and she delivered. Great payment plan and explained everything in detail so I understood all that I was signing. Shannon is amazing and Landmark is a great . Great company Shannon deserves a raise. Everyone if you ever in a pickle Go to lendmark in Randlestown area and ask for Shannon . I am a very happy customer THANK YOU SHANNON THANK YOU LENDMARK

This place is such a liars. I had a problem with them some time ago and posted a negative review the manager responded and ask if the could try to change my view well a gave them another chance and it was much worse this go to show you your first impression is your last I don't want these people to waste the ink on emailing me anymore stay away for legal loan sharks!

Crooks I got a loan for $12,720 had my car for almost 2 years and still o $11,600 credit scored at 730 I don’t know how they letting them get away with this

They are making my life a living hell. My account is current. Up to date. My loan is about to end, they keep sending me court documents from an attorney Franklin and Webber then adding $500 for fees. When I call and ask what’s going on the say no your account is current then 30 days later $500 is added to my balance. They also send letters to relatives you don’t list. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

This company is the absolute worst. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Use at your own risk. In the past two years they changed from a respectable company to a unethical business. YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET USING THIS COMPANY. Just wait, work overtime or something trust me.

They have 0 communication skills. I keep telling them I do not have a account with them. Now its affecting my credit score. I keep getting harrassed by this company. Especially by a women named Leticia who keeps leaving me very rude voicemails huffing and puffing saying I am late on my bill and today she hung up on me on the phone. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I spoke with the manager today she seemed like she did not care about her unprofessional employee and never apologize to me. But did tell me she was in the process of fixing this. I wish i could leave a0 star. I never leave horrible reviews!!! Would never use this company EVER!!

Horrible customer service. I came in to get more information but decided to leave. The staff is a complete disappointment! No greeting and no smile. Just a bunch of employees and managers that lack professionalism and customer service. I’m not sure what training you guys go through but it probably needs to be revamped. The managers are worst so I guess I really can’t blame the front staff. They behave the same and only do what your company allows.
