Come to this location if you don't mind a bit of unprofessionalism and would like a chance at being scammed out of your hard earned money. To begin, I would've liked to find a more professional term for the manager here but "hoodrat" is truly the most accurate one to describe her. She's lazy and rarely moves from behind the register that she barks out orders to the employees from. As a result, the employees seem to lack any kind of morale.I've been here maybe 3 times total solely because it's proximity is convenient. Today I purchased shoes for my son using my credit card. They did not fit so within the hour I returned with him to try to get the shoes in a larger size. Both the half-size and full-size up were unavailable so I requested a refund.Despite the in-store posted signs stating that credit card purchases would be returned to the credit card the manager said she would only provide me with store credit. When I pointed out the posted store policy sign that was beside her she said she knew what it said but she didn't know how to do "all of that." I'm never upset over an employee's ignorance but the mouth popping and eye-rolling that accompanied it didn't help.I asked if she could contact a sister-store location and have someone walk her through the process over the phone. She informed me that she wasn't "doing all of that" as it was a busy day. (I was the only person in line and there was only 2 other customers in the store) So I asked for the manager on duty and she started that she was the manager and the only manager. She went on to say that I would have to drive to the corporate office located in Hanover for further assistance as they were the only place that could assist with a credit card return.I called and they stated that she should've done the return in store and that I should go back there and inform her of what they said. ?

This place will be out of business soon just like Shoe City. Their hours for Saturday are 12-5. Do they not realize how many people are mostly buying shoes online. The only reason I still attempt to go to DTLR is because they carry bigger shoe sizes. But past that, I wouldn’t waste my time.

This store is just upsetting. There’s a dark skin lady with red hair and glasses that stands at the register all day giving out orders to her employees while they’re helping other customers telling them she doesn’t have to work. She also sent an employee home yesterday while he was in the middle of helping me look for something to wear to a birthday party. If that’s not unprofessional I don’t know what is.

Poor customer service. I mean I can work around the shoe selection but the customer service is TERRIBLE. We walk in and wasn’t greeted at all. They eat their food at the register like they was on lunch break. The dude girl she is just as nasty as you can take it. She don’t smile it’s like she has a constant attitude like she don’t like her job lol. If you don’t like your job or you don’t like customer service then why again are you there? Makes 0 sense to me. That store give dtlr a bad name. I rather spend my money at another shoe store all together than to deal with that foolishness. Find new employees dtlr. It ain’t worth it.

It seems like the employees don't have any interest in selling the products. Simply the worst costumer service

They require masks and this location is in the County. No sign up stating masks are required. No good shoe selection.

Came to pick-up an online order on 8/16/22. I arrived around 5pm. Hours posted in the window say they close at 7pm. However, the store was locked up and all lights were off. No “Out to Lunch” sign posted either if that was the reason. Who closes a store 2 hours early during no tax week for Back to School shopping??

I came into the store to purchase a pair of shoes. The first problem was I was never greeted by an associate. Than once I found a shoe out of their very poor selection, I had to walk to the back of the store to find someone to ask if they could help me. Once the shoe was brought out, it was just one shoe. When I ask for the other shoe so that I could try both of them on I was told “company policy doesn’t allow us to give a customer two shoes at the same time” I felt embarrassed and insulted at the same time. Downtown locker room you should be ashamed of yourselves treating your customers as criminals. So I can buy a $200 pair of sneakers and not be allowed to try both of them on at the same time! what kind of policy is that? And how do you suppose it makes your customers feel insinuating that they can’t be trusted? Downtown locker room your management should certainly review this policy. Needless to say, I immediately left the store. I Will no longer be patronizing downtown locker room with my hard earned money. And for the record I have never in my 40 years of life on this earth been in any shoe store and told that I couldn’t try on both shoes at once. Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale’s, two stores whom sell shoes that are valued at thousands of dollars sometimes, doesn’t even have that policy ! however downtown locker room in Randallstown who doesn’t have a shoe over $250, doesn’t trust its customers with both shoes. I find that A bit ridiculous. ?

I always buy my shoes here but they also have sports apparel, shorts, t-shirts, socks, etc. Alot of name brand things to buy. However, shoes and clothes are not like wal-mart brands and it will show in the price you pay.

This location in Randallstown doesn't have the selection of shoes or clothing that most DTLR stores have
