AutoStream of Randallstown gets a Grade A+ from me. This business is not just a Vehicle but Customer Care Center as well. My experience with the staff (Honorable mentions: Stone and Russell) was phenomenal and beyond my expectations. I had a 2015 which required a torque converter... The cost to repair was expensive ( oop even with an ext warranty) ... I chose to invest in another vehicle and I went for a 2020. After the signing with the dealership, I made an appointment immediately with AutoStream to have the 2020 checked. While they were servicing the vehicle they offered me a shuttle to and from my residence. There were issues with the 2020 and AutoStream provided not only the outcome, but pics and videos with clear and cohesive explanations with pricing!! Each interaction with this team- especially Stone, as he was my point person of contact - was open, honest and transparent. These are the characteristics I value when conducting business. I feel at ease to know this business operates on integrity and that they place the needs of their customers first. AutoStream is now my official Center to visit for my car CARE needs. Thank you all!! <3

Highly recommend for MD State inspection on a utility trailer, The inspection was done about an half hour earlier than expected, Russell and Stone were very professional at the time the waiting room was getting filled. These were the two most relaxed people I know as they treated every customer with the same respect.

First off Tia at the front desk was fantastic.
My car broke down outside Baltimore but I live and work in Philly. Tia was super helpful in arranging to get my car towed from a less helpful garage, and keeping me appraised off all the developments and issues all while I was in my home city. She kept my car safe for the week until I could get back and pick it up, and even called me a few hours after I left to make sure I got home safe!
The mechanics were able to track the issue back to my last garage's work, and saved me from paying through the nose for their recommended head gasket and/or engine replacement that could have been fixed for much cheaper and, lets hope, at the expense of the previous garage.

Great customer service. They kept me informed and told me what to expect. Only problem was that they do not currently handle bodywork only mechanical issues. Other than that I recommend this location.

Auto Stream serviced my car (Mazda) on 5/13 - 5/15. Replaced window regulator and window washer reservoir/sensor all covered under a extended warranty. Russell worked with the warranty company to process payment. It was a seamless process. My vehicle was returned as promised. My out of pocket expenses were zero.
I would recommend them. Definitely a repeat customer for my car care needs. It was also nice that they are close to home.

On May 15, 2024 I decided to search for a new care service center in the Randallstown area. When on contacted Auto Stream in Randallstown I asked them when they had an opening to schedule my service. I spoke to Russell at the 8527 Liberty Rd location.
He asked me if I would like to schedule a service the next day. When I arrived the next day I met with Stone Berkowitz. Stone explained to me in detail what entails a complete and thorough vehicle service.
He quickly assigned me a mechanic and started work on vehicle. He assisted me with an Uber for transportation from my residence and then made sure that I had a loner car with my vehicle was being worked on.
I greatly appreciated the professionalism that was availed to me. I will recommend this location to my friends and family.
