Great customer service and friendly professional staff. My car was repaired sooner than expected and I was impressed by the entire experience. Car trouble is always stressful but they made it easy and the actual work came in at a lower price than the original quote. I highly recommend this location.

Had a great sales experience when buying my vehicle. But my first service appointment was not great. You can schedule service online, I scheduled a 7:30 appointment arrived 10 minutes early and was informed techs don't arrive until 8. Why on earth would someone be allowed to schedule a 7:30 appointment if they don't actually work until 8? You are wasting people's time start schedule appointments at 8. Wasting two hours at the dealership for an oil change I could have done literally next door at jiffylube is extremely frustrating and I would've been done an home by the time you started work on my vehicle. I love Ford and have bought all my cars through Ford but this is the most ridiculous service department I have experienced. They were nice people but horrible experience.

I had the best, fastest, most easiest experience with Dan Carter from hertrich ford. I told him the exact car I wanted and I had to travel by plane to buy the car so he had all the details worked out through the phone with me so all I had to do was go and sign. Extremely friendly, got back to me within a few hours, and just super helpful. You can tell he actually cares and is just a genuine person. i am more than satisfied with my whole experience. Now my parents are going

Wife and I purchased a used 2020 vehicle over the wkend. Can't say enough kind words about the staff and experience! Kevin was our salesman and he was fantastic. Everything you could hope for walking into a dealership. Nicole & Chuck, the managers were awesome. Both worked with my wife and myself to get us where we needed to be and out the door. Will be back in the future!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend this dealership for service at all! We were on vacation when our check engine light came on. Stopped to have them check it and they could not be bothered to help at all. Technician said he didn't want to deal with it. They were ok to leave us stranded. Went to another dealership that could not have been any nicer or more helpful.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with the people at Hertrich Ford in Pocomoke especially with the salesman Jesus Diaz. He was fantastic. He and the Sales Manager Chuck answer all my concerns and even help me get what I wanted. They even called me a couple of days later to see if I have any concerns or problems. I will definitely come back for my next purchase and recommend them to my family and friends.
