I wouldn't recommend this salon. I can see why they only have a 2.7 rating. I was a walk in for a gel polish change. I am new to the area. I, unfortunately, had a few issues, but I'll try to be brief. I was so excited to see my favorite OPI color that was discontinued a number of years ago called Frenchie Likes To Kiss. As soon as she began polishing my nails it was obvious that they had tried to make this color on their own and it was some ugly iridescent lavender that had evidently been watered down as well, and not at all like the actual color. I wish they wouldn't have done this. When I asked why it looked different, I was yelled at. When she was finished, she wanted to use clippers to remive the polish on my skin bc she did such an awful job. I politely requested that she not do this and was yelled at again by both the manicurist and the owner. When I wanted to pay, she had to ask the owner what they charge. No price list, no prices on the wall. It sees to me that perhaps they charge dofferent Prices for different customers? She did an awful job and I'm going to have to go elsewhere to remove what she did and start again bc she left a lot of polish on my skin. Please don't patronize this business, if You'd like a relaxing, peaceful and professional experience.

I've been a long time customer, but the service I received today was less than acceptable. My regular technician was out and I was paired with another technician. Not to be long winded, but I left incredibly upset needing another manicure and pedicure. Main points: feet - nails were cut well, stone barely touched the heels of my feet, Ingrown nail on my big toe it's kind of still there... and definitely no massage light petting. Hands: They were definitely cut short like I asked, but that's about it. They were not filed well they keep snagging on stuff. They're not filed well. I have to fix it when I get home. Cuticles were only cut maybe quarter of a way... I left so upset I almost cried in the car. The technician kept scratching and itching all throughout the appointment. It was very unpleasant. What I can say is if you have a technician that you go to I would not ask for you to pair up with someone else if your technician is on vacation.

This is my neighborhood nail salon The salon is clean and the staff is nice and helpful- and for sure talented! There isn't usually a wait and I usually just walk in with a call before to make sure it's feasible

I rarely call in for an appointment because I'm usually serviced quickly. I usually leave satisfied but there have been a handful of times I wasn't happy. The owner usually helps that by giving me a free service the next time I'm back. Prices are reasonable. I love when I get my eyebrows done. No complaints there. The shop looks nice and clean. Nice, relaxing music is playing with the TVs on talks shows or news.

They were extremely impressed and he will never go back to cutting their own nails! The salon's music selection is soothing and enhances the overall calming atmosphere. I've been a regular here for awhile now and I love their work. US Nails is very nice salon, reasonable prices The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect.

US Nails is an amazing place! They are awesome! Great advice on shape and color selection. Worth every visit. The salon's attention to detail is impeccable, from the precision of their nail shaping to the flawless application of polish. They do an amazing job and they are always so sweet too.

The store is clean and well organized and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves including the technicians. The salon has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and they will do whatever it takes to ensure you leave happy. Excellent customer service, professional and attentive staff. I have never had someone try so hard to make my nails look perfect The staff members are diligent in their work, paying attention to even the smallest details. I love this place I go ever. Was looking for a new nail place and my friends recommended US Nails As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best manicures I have had in a long time.

So glad I ended up at US Nails! I got gel manicure and gel manicure services here. They always do the best work and the environment is amazing! I really loved how my nails came out ! I appreciate that they offer different package options to suit various needs.
