Red Lobster Owings Mills The service exceeded my expectations at this location. In am usually not pleased at Owings Mills but management must have changed.The waiter was exceptionally polite. The portion of food was unbelievable I took home a TI go bag that I don't think I can eat in one day. The whole thing was amazing for this location

I visited Speech Leap at this location. It was located on the second floor. The elevator was broken for 2 weeks. There was no talk of repair. My grandson had an appointment at this place. I had to carry my grandson up and down 2 flights of 40 steps. The staff wasn't as knowledgeable as I expected. The place was unsanitary. Therapist would not wash their hand. They used Cheerios that fell on the floor for children to use; some put them in their mouth. I was given a chew toy for my grandson. When I was leaving, a therapist asked for it back. I questioned why, since my grandson had it in his mouth. If the chew toy wasn't going to be given to another child; why ask for it back?The office assistant is very nice and exemplary in customer service.
