Mitchell's Jewelers did a wonderful job restoring most of the color to the turquoise stones in my ring that had been ruined by another local jeweler when having it resized. The staff was very inviting and a pleasure to speak with. They provided detailed information about the repair. I will return for more repairs and purchases in the future. Thank you again

I needed a ring for my daughters birthday. I saw one I really liked on their website, called to ask if a different gemstone could be used and if it could be ready within a few days. yes, Yes, and YES!I purchased this ring “sight unseen” so I was pretty nervous. But I picked it up today and I couldn’t be happier.I must add that my experience from beginning to end, both on the phone and in person was wonderful. They were professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating. I will be a returning customer.Thank you, Mitchell’s Jewelers!

I needed a ring for my daughters birthday. Since I purchased it sight unseen I was a little nervous. But I picked it up today, and I am very happy! While there, I took a few minutes to look at their other jewelery and noticed they carry a nice variety of beautiful and dainty jewelry (which I love). My experience with them both on the phone and in person was great; from beginning to end they were professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Mitchell's Jewelers!

Lisa and Mitch are Customer Focused Jewelers with complete availability to whatever item you want. If it doesn’t already exist, it will. They customized my ring design to exactly what my wife desired. Through countless revisions to the ring itself and then searching for the perfect diamond, they constantly updated us as to the status of the project. They also provided a wide range of diamonds covering a variety of prices with no pressure as to our selection. My wife is so pleased that I wish I could give Mitchell’s 6 Stars! Do yourself a favor if you are interested in a piece of jewelry. Stop in and speak directly with them. You will not regret it.

I’m very happy I chose to use this establishment for my jewelry repair. The lady at the front was kind at the time of my initial visit and drop off. She was nice and personable to my kids even though they were running around. At the time of pickup, Mr Min was so kind and empathetic to my situation. I had driven 25 minutes in traffic to get there and he helped me even though I got there a few minutes after the doors were locked. My necklace was perfectly repaired. I will definitely go to them again for any of my jewelry repair issues.

I needed batteries for 3 watches. They charged 11 dollars for each one , which i thought was reasonable. They said they would be ready in 5 minuets. Sure enough i came back in 5 minuets and all 3 were ready. I was very pleased.

DO NOT USE MITCHELL'S JEWELERS. I BROUGHT THEM A WATCH TO REPAIR IN JUNE 2023. INSTEAD OR REPAIRING IT IN THEIR SHOP, THEY SUB CONTRACTED IT TO A WATCHMAKER. I PICKED UP THE WATCH ON 7.11.2023 AND PAID FOR IT. THE NEXT DAY IT DIED. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY FOR THE REPAIR. IT APPEARS THAT THE OTHER REVIEWS ON GOOGLE ARE FAKE.

Brought in a watch to repair. Battery ok. But after putting the watch on the band broke again which was just fixed. Not worth my time going back asking for a refund or paying additional money for their mistake.

Came in to have my watchband bar replaced in my cheapo Seiko and a new battery in my Timex.Didn't bat an eye, no attitude, just friendly service at a very competitive price. When it comes time for my more expensive watches to require service, I know where I will be going.

I inherited a modest collect of jewelry from my parent's estate. Not knowing which was costume and which was priceless, I visited Mitchell. He spent over half an hour going piece by piece, describing the gold, the stones etc. He patiently examined every silly pin and tie tack and gave me an idea of the values. This gave me enormous peace of mind as I distributed the treasures to family. He has earned my business for life.

I had a fantastic experience at Mitchell's this morning. I needed links taken out of a metal watch band, which was difficult because of the somewhat complicated band/link design. They sized it quickly, and gladly worked with me to make sure the fit was exactly right and what I wanted, even adjusting it a few times. The price was more than fair and they couldn't have been friendlier. I'll definitely be back!

I was referred to Mitchell’s to get my custom made engagement and wedding set fixed since several stones were cracked or missing and settings were bad Mitchell’s had the tools to do the delicate work. I could not be more appreciative of the work they did. My ring looks even more amazing than when my husband proposed. They’re very friendly and have taken several precautions for Covid to make every one feel safer. Thanks for your hard work!
