The store stuff doesn't know how to send international mail, and the manager doesn't know either.
When I call FedEx about EEI, they said no need, store stuff should know how to enter a code to exempt.

I have had bad experiences with a gentleman behind the counter. I couldn’t find my charge card . I was treated with rudeness and superior Attitude. Since then I have been back twice and treated so much better.

I've used this specific FedEx many times in the past and have always had a positive experience. The staff are helpful and friendly, and and my trips there are always fast. I know there are bad reviews here and while I can't speak to any other services, I've personally only had good experiences when it came to shipping and receiving packages.

I ordered four 22"x28", all matte, mounted posters from FedEx on Reisterstown Road. The order was completed before the promised time and I went to pick up my posters the next day. One of the posters was laminated with gloss, while the others were matte. When I asked why the answer was that the film kept burning when they processed the file. I asked if they needed a different file format from me, to which the answer was no. So, either the machines at the store are not up to the job, or the technicians operating the machines aren't. The matte posters all had long scratches on them. When I pointed this out, the answer was "yeah, that happens with the matte lamination." Again, either the printers and the laminators are not well-maintained, or the employees are not trained to properly use them.As a graphic designer, I need to deliver a high-quality end product to my clients. When I am paying $50 per poster, I expect it to be printed cleanly, without scratches, and with the lamination as ordered. It's incredibly frustrating to not be able to meet my client's deadline because posters need to be reprinted due to printer error. I will not be using FedEx as printers in future, since I cannot trust the quality of their work.

Usually this store is alright, but they were completely closed on Saturday. The sign on the door said temporary hours of 10am-2pm on Saturday but it was 12 and it was locked and completely dark inside. I suggest calling before you go so you don’t waste your time.

I went in to use the computer I was told upon entry the printers were down I would need to print to their main email however this requires you spending more time on the computer at $.30 a minute so basically FedEx is now charging you for their equipment that is broken which is unfair to the customer and borderline fraud and deceptive practices because they're benefiting off of a situation The same time I was told I could bring in a thumb drive from the car I asked the representative to stop the machine from billing me or just give me a discount for the time I was charged and I was not using the machine which is the computer that I'm referring to the representative told me he was not trying to do that I would not be able to compensate me for money I'm being charged when this error of their machine being down has nothing to do with the customer I asked him for the managers name he did comply I felt he needed to be trained better since management were already aware of this situation with the printers down i am very transparent about my reviews I always inform the merchant after everything is is closed out , when I pointed out why I gave them this grade for the review and why I felt it was robbery to a customer since this is a store with printer issues the store clerk was very humble and understood where they could have done better. incloding the positive was while I was there working on the computer the clerk was very attentive and asked me several times periodically if he could be of help therefore I feel with the proper training this clerk could really go far in this company I will come back in a couple months unannounced of course just to see if they've improved.
