I put a few things in for cleaning here and never had any issues. With fry cleaning. It's at least 3-4 places in the same area to use. So you have choices. Alterations is another story. Sigh. I usually take my tailoring business to midtown. But I ended up here thinking I would get what I needed fast and right. I had a pair of pants that were too long and needed tapering as well. I went to pick them up they weren't ready. Went back and picked them up. Taper was all off. And to add more insult to it, because I never had anything tapered here before I took a similar pair of pants to show how I wanted them. I was measured. Pants were measured. After 3 times. I have my pants. Which still fit shitty. I needed them back. At this point it's not even worth the argument. I just want to document it so I know to not go back here. Ill get my real tailor to fix them.

I have been coming here for years. The owner knows myself and my family by name. They are very nice people. Lately, I have noticed buttons missing or shriveled up upon return. They will usually take ownership and replace them but it is becoming a hassle. Also, they use to put red tape on areas that need special attention. Seems like they have been slacking a bit. Hopefully they will improve soon.
