November 2023 by no name
Blatent false advertisement. Went in at noon on Oct. 31. Adds all over the place for two slices of pizza and a 20oz. $3. My subtotal was $5.38. I was told the promo did not start until tomorrow. On no add was a date listed as starting on Nov 1

My husband and I frequent this store several times a day. It is always a pleasure to see the smiling faces of Ms. Sharon's steady employees. There is Mr. Charles.. always ready with a "Good Morning!" Sonny..who always manages to somehow give you the winning Bingo scratcher. Mark...the one who always starts our day by the unique way he has of saying " Haaave a good one!" And last, but not least, Ms. Sharon, whom we don't see often, but manages to keep the best Seven-Eleven staff I've ever seen! They know their customers and make their customers want to know them in return. They are a truly a part of our small-town life here in Perryville, MD?♥️

Owner is rude and unpleasant. Doesn’t know what common courtesy is. If I say “hello”, I get no response. Same with a simple “thank you.” I don’t require pleasantries but a simple hello and thank you is apparently asking too much. I’ll head over to ROFO moving forward.

Mixed feelings. At night, there is always at least one homeless guy hanging out front talking loudly. Not a huge deal but off-putting. The guy that usually works nights always has rap or church sermons blasting through two JBL speakers. This guy will finish doing whatever task he was doing before helping you, which can be annoying. My biggest complaint is that he doesn't know to put two bags of chili/cheese in the machine so that there is a fresh, hot bag ready when one runs out, which is often. On the plus side, he always has fresh food on the rollers at night.

Horrible experience. I've opened a case with the corp. field management department regarding the interaction I had with this location's so-called owner. They claim to own more locations in the area, so I will definitely be staying away from all 7-Elevens in Cecil county. If you go here expecting any level of customer service, store cleanliness, or price accuracy, be aware that you will find none.

Not a very big store. Be vigilant as this gets a lot of negative foot traffic and shady kinda people.

Several day old donuts are not thrown out, they are left at the front of the shelf stail for someone to buy. The big bites are oftenly cold or tough. Language understanding can differ between which casheer you get. Most employees are often poor toward customers. Other customers complained about curteled milk for the coffee. Workers removed the milk from it's placement, once the customers exited the store workers replaced the milk with the same curteled milk they had removed. It has been several months since I made this review and nothing has changed whatsoever.

The good things about this 7- eleven is that they have a working ATM machine and lottery tickets. Great place to come when you want a small bite to eat such as nachos and cheese or their taquito's which are actually really good.
