DO NOT send your child here. I don’t even know where to start. The stories I hear from staff is absolutely disgusting. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT HERE DONT. They do a lot of things that go against the law and DON’T care. They are incredibly unorganized, and SHORT STAFFED. I once called saying I needed my fiancé to take me to the hospital because I wasn’t feeling good and they WOULD NOT let her out because they said they were short staffed. It wasn’t until I was about to raise HELL that they finally let her out. They repeatedly take their lack of structure and organization out on employees. THEY ARE SO SHORT STAFFED THEY MAKE THEIR EMPLOYEES WORK 9 HOURS WITH NO BREAK. THEY REFUSED to let my fiancé leave early to go to a doctor appointment she DESPERATELY needed because THERE WAS NO COVERAGE. WANT TO KNOW WHY? BECAUSE PEOPLE KEEP QUITTING. I have spoken with MULTIPLE STAFF members who have worse stories. Parents, beware. And job seekers, DONT waste your time. I WILL be reporting this place every day.

We highly recommend White Marsh Child Care. The staff is so sweet and take great care of our daughter. As any parent would feel, we were nervous sending her to daycare as an infant. We put all of our trust in the hands of the ladies that work with our daughter. You won't be disappointed!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would... Betty is a VERY RACIST person who cares nothing about the staff who actually helps & does a good job, she only cares about the staff who bring her money. She knows nothing about being a nice person or actually caring for children honestly. She talks negatively about her staff to other staff, she even talks negatively about the parents to the staff. Very unorganized & doesn't practice or provide children with proper curriculum educational activities. Staff of 12 years sit & complain about how much they hate it there & wish they could get away from such a disgusting dysfunctional establishment. The staff get NO support when they really need it. Within the last month 5 people have quit.... I would NOT recommend this place as a place of employment or a place to send your child!

I worked there. It was my return to working with Inclusion students after about 20 years. The owner cares about money NOT child care. There is not a single person with the actual qualifications needed to fulfill their positions. Not a single room in Ratio with teachers and staff, including the "directors" quitting every week I worked there. That did not stop the owner from taking in MORE children and more Special Needs children at the same time. She allows these children to spend their days getting ZERO support in accordance with their individual goals. They do not have One on Ones, they do not get therapy in ANY fashion. They are in class rooms full of children without different needs and it causes nothing but a constant state of unrest with ZERO actual learning being accomplished by ANY student. She allowed a VERY well behaved Inclusion student to be so damaged by the other violent "inclusion" students daily behaviors that he now hits and screams at teachers and his parents as well. Behaviors he NEVER displayed prior. It was a nightmare. The staff is told to "suck it up" to NOT report the violence we had to endure (being hit kicked slapped and spit on) to parents, we cant even send home Frowny Faces or we could be fired. If you take a major problem to the owner she will rudely claim she doesn't get involved in the Running of the place but 5 minutes later will be in the classroom Berating, belittling and undermining the teachers in FULL view of all students. Treating the teachers like children with zero Respect and authority. It was disgusting to witness on a daily basis and moral was at a pathetically low level. November rolled around and they still had not put out an ALLEGY list for students!!! The owner LIES like she breathes and uses her own personal FORTUNE to intimidate and squash any dissent or bad reviews. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN THERE and DO NOT WORK THERE. They will destroy anything they touch. And yes she likes to hire High school kids as staff so she can abuse their ignorance and pay them nothing.

I really wanted to give this place a chance. It’s so convenient to my home and they accept a pre-k grant there so I really wanted to overlook the disorganization and all of the issues that I’ve had, but unfortunately I only lasted a month.I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but others should know that this space has a lot of red flags. I had at least one negative experience every week, so there’s been too much to share. To give a general idea of what I’ve dealt: other small boys flashing my 4 year old (who didn’t even know boys had different parts), my child having marks on her face. Her underwear has gone missing and never turned up. I mean these are some big red flags.Not to mention not being allowed in the classroom at pick up or drop off or to see/meet who is working with my child every day even after the masks & Covid restrictions were lifted is a huge red flag.I waited years to send my daughter to pre-k at this establishment and was heartbroken that my experience turned out the way it did. I’ve sent email communications and spoken to the lead teacher in charge of our specific room and only continued to have issues. At some point no matter how much I wanted to make this work for me it began to feel unsafe for us and nothing should compromise that.

I HAVE OBTAINED LEGAL COUNSEL TO LOOK INTO THE DAY TO DAY NEGLECTFUL PRACTICES & UNSANITARY ABUSIVE OPERATIONS OF THIS DAYCARE!!My attorney will be informing the Governor office of this establishment requesting an formal investigation into there NEGLECTFUL PRACTICES and inquiring how they have been able to stay opened this long. They should be shut down please don't send your children especially special needs children here.PLEASE BELIEVE EVERY 1 STAR POSTING on here from previous parents and staff. Its the truth I'm saving my complaint for the Governor, Child Agencies, and THE NEWS this place needs to be closed!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My son currently goes there and I asked for documentation for his records and they refuse to provide it because my sons mother signed him up even though I’m a legal guardian as well of my son. Their staff is disrespectful and rude as well. If you have a current legal custody agreement they completely ignore it and are disrespectful towards you. My son also has expressed that this daycare isn’t fun and he hates going.

I worked here for two days and will not be returning this place is not a good place to work or to have your kids here. The owner, Ms. Betty is rude and racist she asked me at my interview if my son and daughter shared the same father and I’m probably not even married that was none of her business. I just Brushed it off and keep it moving. The Staff is lazy, they don’t watch the children. On my first day the children were running everywhere and also pulling each other’s hair I had to stop one child from pulling the other child hair and the other staff are sitting there talking. They also do not really teach them much they have a curriculum book they should follow. This place is unorganized, not prepared, and I also got complaints from the staff that been there for 11 years. They are also short on staff and When they do find good people they quit because they are not being trained as they are told or being mistreated by the staff and managers. My daughter also went there and she cried almost all day the staff did not check on her the only time they would check on her if I looked through the window to make sure she was ok. Today I was told my daughter was sick and I should check on her by the director Karen told me they're sick policy was if a child throws up twice they should be sent home, but my child vomit once and she was sent home I just think they just didn’t want to deal with her. Please be aware of who you send your children to the parents really do not know what go’s on when they leave. One thing I will say I love the children they are awesome.
