Michael and the whole team were fantastic! I was looking for a champagne diamond for my engagement ring and it was even better than I could’ve imagined. He let me see how the diamond looked with different band colors even though his suggest was the best option. Best jewelry in Anne Arundel county!

Matt took a lot of time both times I was there finding what a wanted. He was pleasant and when out of his way to find exactly what I had in mind. I would definitely ask for him again when decide I want another piece of jewelry !

Sanders did a fabulous job on resizing my wedding bands. They were friendly to deal with. Repairs were reasonably priced and workmanship beautiful. And finished the job quickly. Highly recommend Sanders.

I have my 50th High School Reunion coming up and had to have my ring enlarged so I can wear it. Sanders Jewelers did it for me in a day. I should have done this years ago. Thank you Larry.

Terrible customer service! Took a necklace in for repair for the second time. They had the necklace for over 5 months. I called once a month to inquire when it would be ready. The last call in March , Michelle was very nasty and short with me on the phone. I suggested if it wasn't ready in a few more days , I would appreciate a refund or store credit. She said I couldn't do that since it was over 90 days since purchased ( even with my lifetime warranty ). She texted me later and said it would be ready in 2-3 , it was coming from Hawaii. 3 days later, I get a text that it is ready. I go to pick it up and " they forgot to send the chain. They only sent the pendant." She grabs a hair-thin chain out of a drawer and proceeds to put my pendant on it. Then asked if I would like it wrapped. I was soooo done !! I just asked for my jewelry and left. I would not recommend this place to anybody!!!! TERRIBLE!
